Assisted living and memory care are both provided at Faye Wright with unique plans that meet every senior's needs.
We offer several styles of units to choose from in sizes to fit all senior needs. There is plenty of storage space, private bathrooms, and each apartment. The grounds are professionally maintained for the benefit of our residents and their guests. Members of our staff are extensively trained to care for senior Salem residents and everything they need. We continually strive to assist our residents for the highest quality of life we can provide for them. Faye Wright meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

My Grandmother Grace Lubbess was a resident here in building 910. She recently passed away there.. the staff did an amazing job keeping her comfortable, and loved! I can't say enough great things about the staff here! They are so loving and caring plus so professional!! For the bottom of my heart and from the entire Lubbess Family we want to say thank you so much!! You made it special for all of us!!

I am excited for the new changes at our new Community Faye Wright Senior Living, formally named Farmington Square.I am the Life Enrichment Director and oversee the Activities Program and have been dedicated to our sweet and amazing residents for almost 15 years now and absolutely love what I do! We have very hard working and caring staff who I am blessed to work along side with everyday and I am so proud of my team!

Farmington took such good care of my mom. She died last April and was in memory care for two years. Jessica is a great administrator and the office people very helpful. The memory care director Mark was always available to answer any questions. Food good, clean place and most importantly they really care about your loved one. It is difficult to find good memory care and they are an excellent choice.

I recently had to make the tough decision to put my father in a memory care facility. After making the decision, my family battled with covid and my father was even tested positive for it as well. The staff at Farmington helped my family and even advised us how to get help during the quarantine period. We had not even committed to moving there officially at the time. The staff at Farmington Square has made one of the most difficult time in my life as easy as possible and I am comforted by the fact that my father. Is receiving the best care possible. From the bottom of my heart, I thank everyone there for caring for not just my father, but my entire family.

I have worked with Farmington Square a lot lately during the 2020 shutdown and I MUST say they are absolutely lovely!!! The Marketing Director, Monica Davis has the best personality and sweetest spirit! She truly bleeds for her community and colleagues, and will bend over backwards to ensure your loved ones are always living their best life!!!! Farmington Square donated care baskets to our clients living at home, just because Monica knew that they might be struggling to leave their homes. She and her team truly made our clients feel so special. I am certain that the same spirit is embodied at their community and with their own residents. Trust me and look no further my friends.... You get more than a dwelling here, they actually embody the word community and give your loved ones a new family!!!

The love of my life, my husband, is in Bldg 950, a memory unit, where he receives excellent care. The caregivers appear to meet all his needs. His disease requires more care than I am able to administer. I wanted to place him in a safe environment where I wouldnt have to worry about skin, nutrition or mobility issues. I picked the best place.

I had the pleasure of working with Monica last month. We worked together to help a gentleman transfer from out of state to Farmington Square. I was extremely impressed with her kind and gentle spirit. I knew he was going to be well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Farmington Square.

Had the pleasure of witnessing a lovely group of people from this place having lunch & or dessert at bucca di bepo and I must say I was completely floored with how amazing the chaperone was with these folks .. I believe his name was Anthony and he was just amazing! He expressed such enjoyment with them and was so INCREDIBLY PATIENT and ATTENTIVE TO EACH an EVERY SINGLE RESIDENT At THAT LUNCH DATE !! His employer should be so proud to have him on his or her team ! If u see this - He deserves such a good raise or bonus for all his hard work even though I can tell he is naturally this kind ! And thank u all for the birthday wishes ??

My mother passed on in march but i wanted to make sure and thank the staff primarily Misty for helping us through this difficult time. They took my mother in when no one else would and treated us with the utmost fairness. My mother was in late stage liver cancer and they made her passing as comfortable as possible.

I moved my father in law in almost a month ago and my family and I couldnt be happier. The staff are attentive and really try hard to go above and beyond. I stop in at different times of the day and the other evening when I came in I was pleasantly surprised to see one of the girls in the room with him singing songs. They were having a good time and it made me happy to see dad with such a big smile. The whole team here really care about the people that live there. I cant say it enough how much that meant to me to see his smile.

The residents love and appreciate all of our hard work and being shown gratitude from them with their trust to care from them day in and day out is more than worth it! I have worked here for along time and I love the residents like family..I would live here when it's my turn. Look forward to seeing their smiling faces every morning as they are to see mine..I truly love all the history, and pictures of them from there time..the wars..some of the stories...honored to be one of the people that can help these people who helped push our world's forward...rare gems...won't be the same...so yah I love it here...I feel pretty lucky to be part of a time in history, to take care of these rare gems I call family...not by blood but love?
