Worked with Carlee and the staff to discuss ways to improve employee safety. The staff is energized, focused on improving Gilman, and very engaged. Carlee is a kind leader and the facility itself is amazing.

Gilman Park is a wonderful atmosphere and full of positive vibes, the Residents are always in high spirits and staff the staff is always there when you need them.

I transfered from another sisters community to work at Gilman park. I have alot of good things to say about this community. Management and staff in general were very friendly and warm welcome to me. Residents were part of my life after working with seniors for 18 years (4 years plus with Frontier). I enjoyed cooking for them and with a short period of time there, I builded an amazing relationship and communication with Gilman park residents. They all love the food made from scratch, the care staff always very communicable each other to assist the resident needs. The place is rich in life enrichement activities, such a cutie patio in the central facility with a water fountain view. Unfortunately I had to move and finish some personal goal projects and part of my food industry career, but I'll always will be willing to return and work for Frontier facilities in any time im the future. Thank you Gilman parkmanagement for making a great improvement every day and give the best quality of life to your residents.

I heard a lot of great things about Gilman Park. I met the Executive Director Wolanda a few weeks ago when I toured the community. I arrived to Gilman Park and was greeted by a young lady sitting behind the front desk. I asked her for some information about the community, the receptionist gave me some information and then continue telling me, let me get our Executive Director to help you, it was 4:30pm and I was waiting in the lobby, this lady came out to the lobby as she was wearing a cooking apron. She introduced herself to me and took me into her office. I asked a question, are you cooking today, she responded to me with a smile, yes sir. What time is dinner, she responded, 5pm. I knew then there, this lady can do anything and make the time to sit with me and listen to my story. She answered all my questions and also gave me some recommendations. I was so impressed of how this lady represent herself with kindness and caring.

Assisted Living -- Elders have their own private apartments, yet have caring staff available to support them with daily living tasks 24 hours a day. Very clean and pleasant facilities with interesting activities and good food.
