I worked here over 10 years ago... I can say the residents seemed pleased. It was outdated at the time. The people they did hire genuinely loved the residence. I loved them.

I know that if one of my family members needed care, this would definitely be the place I would consider checking them into. I know the owner and he's a very good man it's a family business and they care about the people that live there. My son also worked here and had nothing bad to say about it.

Working at Northridge was more than just a job it was working with a family. They have an amazing staff and wonderful residents. I miss them all dearly. It's a place I'd feel confident placing my loved ones to be cared for.

The Center is very well kept. Love the atrium near the cafe. Activities for everyone. Over all the residents are very well looked after. Maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.
