We were very anxious about the move in process with a reluctant loved one, but Charla and team were so welcoming and confident all would be well. Charla helped with tips for reducing "triggers" with the move as well as helping us use non -judgmental, practical, simple language about life transitions. And the transition and move in went well! And fairly smoothly! A big "whew!". Still adjusting, but love the attentiveness and on the spot problem solving with very willing and creative staff.
