My father lives here and he loved it just wish I could get him to quit smoking cigarettes he's going to get himself kicked out again of another place some people I swear to God they just don't understand it cannot smoke inside a buildings cuz he thinks he's 87 years old he can do what he wants.

Hannah and Kevin are fantastic! Very professional and personable and fun to chat with. I urgently needed to find my dad a new place to live and they were so helpful! They went out of their way to get me in "off hours" so that I could see the unit. Such a positive experience from the moment I first began interacting with Kevin until the moment I signed the lease just a few days later. The complex itself is nothing fancy--very basic and not at all showy. But it looks clean and comfortable. I'm excited for my dad to move in.

I have been working with Kevin for over a year to find the perfect place for our 93 year old father who is very healthy. He has been very patient with our numerous visits, emails and phone calls. I cant give it a 5 as I have only been on tour and dad has not lived there as of yet!

The overall experience of moving my parents into Gresham Manor was one of the most pleasant and compassionate I have ever encountered. The staff is simply TOP NOTCH! The place is absolutely beautiful, clean and so bright and cheerful that anyone would enjoy living among these beautiful people! The food was beyond delicious and so perfectly portioned. I honestly can not say enough nice things about this wonderful retirement living. I believe these will be the best of my parents golden years:)Many blessings to this amazing staff!!

We moved our Dad into Gresham Manor one month ago and it has been a good transition for him. He has a studio apartment which is quite roomy and the staff has been very caring and extremely helpful. All meals are included in the rent as well as weekly housekeeping. The food has been wonderful and we look forward to having meals at the Manor with Dad. The rent is very reasonable. I highly recommend Gresham Manor for anyone looking for a friendly safe place for yourself or your family member.
