The Suites is an amazing place. I feel so comfortable and relieved that my 94-year-old mother is living there. Everyone (staff) is friendly, warm, and compassionate. The facility is clean and bright. It is a happy place. The process started with Patty Ely, Sales Director for the Suites. She provided us with a relaxed tour while answering all of our questions and any concerns we may have had. We found Patty to be highly professional, competent, and friendly. Patty knows this business inside and out. She stressed the importance of (and helped us with) communications between all stakeholders in order to get Mom placed. She gave us practical tips on how to arrange Mom’s living space (invaluable advice). The Suites is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable professional as part of its team. Patty made the process easy. Patty Ely, there are no words to thank you enough for your outstanding service. The assisted living services are excellent (e.g., administering medications, laundry, house cleaning, showering, etc.). The friendly staff help Mom to meals (which are delicious, by the way). There are also numerous activities, tours, music…the list goes on. I would be remiss if I did not also give a shoutout to Heather. She sat with Mom to learn about her needs and wants in order to craft a personalized care plan. Heather is an incredible advocate for the elderly (!!!) and I cannot say enough good things about her. As with Patty, there are no words to thank you enough for your outstanding service. Thank goodness for advocates like Patty and Heather – and thank goodness for the Suites. I highly recommend giving Patty Ely at the Suites a call if you are looking into a high quality, safe, friendly, and nurturing assisted living & memory care home for a loved one.

I am very impressed with Patty Ely, Sales Director, who made the admission process at The Suites easy and stress-free for my mother-in-law, who needs extra care and support. Patty was friendly, professional, and compassionate, and she explained everything clearly and patiently. She helped guide us through the entire process including gathering necessary information and documents, such as medical history. The admission process could not have been more smooth or efficient. Patty even met us on the day of admission and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I am also impressed with Heather who conducted a thorough assessment of my mother-in-law's needs and preferences. Heather was kind and patient as she took great care to match my mother-in-law with a tailored care plan. I cannot say enough good things about Patty and Heather. Both answered all questions and concerns with great patience - both women are competent. Now that my mother-in-law is living at The Suites, it is clear that every single person who works there has compassion for elderly people. Our entire family is very happy with our decision to choose The Suites.

My great grandmother lived here for awhile and the staff took great care of her. She was well cared for and was comfortable before her passing. The rooms were clean and the meals were good and the care was good. She was happy here.

I can't say enough good things about the Suites and the wonderful job they did taking care of my mom. They made her transition to memory care very easy. She enjoyed Rocky (dog). He would go up to her and put his head in her lap so she would pat him. She loved music and would sing to the staff. Thanks for taking good care of my mom.

When it was time for my mom to have 24 hours care because of her Dementia, I check out a number of places and selected The Suites. They had just opened a memory care wing. I am thankful for the caregivers, nurse, and management that took care of my mom. Whenever someone tells me they are looking for a place for their loved one, I always recommend The Suites.

I knew the Suites was a special place the moment mom and I walked in. Patty was so easygoing and she made us feel super welcome during the initial tour. She answered any questions or concerns I had in the most kind and compassionate way. In under 30 minutes I knew immediately the Suites was the place for mom. I loved the energy, seeing residents and staff interact in a warm and friendly manner. The facility is modern, super clean and airy. Top notch! The residents seemed happy, which is an important first impression for me. My mom means the world to me and it was so important that she felt comfortable. It's been a couple of months now and mom is like a new person. She's so happy! Her apartment is beautiful, and if she needs anything, staff has been so attentive and kind. I couldn't ask for a better home for my mom. Thank you so much!!

I worked for The Suites Assisted Living for 4 years before leaving to take care of my grandma who had been diagnosed with dementia. We were blessed enough, that when it became time to place her in a community, was the same time the memory care wing opened and she was the first resident to move in. I returned to work there a month after my grandma moved in and have been back for almost 3 years. It was like coming home to family. My motto has always been “I wouldn’t place my grandma somewhere I wouldn’t work and I wouldn’t work somewhere I wouldn’t place my grandma”. I love our team and I love our residents. We really are one big family. It is a privilege to be a part of the team and it was a privilege to have my grandma be a part of the family.

I began working at The Suites, September 17, 2020. I work as the Laundry Aid and it is the best job I have ever had. It is a job that is very rewarding. I love doing laundry for the residents and getting to know and love them. The management and staff are very supportive and my supervisor is great. I am so very blessed.

I will only write reviews for companies that far exceed my expectations and it’s so rare for companies to even care about living up to a high standard that I don’t have to write very many. My experience with the Suites Assisted Living in Grants Pass has far exceeded my expectations from the first time we encountered them until now which is about 5 months later. To offer the high points in the interest of space, here’s a quick recap: - They treat their residents with the same care that they would want their own family members treated! - Marty, the sales person was amazing. His sincerity in showing his pride in how well he felt the facility did in caring for their residents sounded too good to be true. I worried that the good that we were hearing about could not be lived up to. Those claims have all been exceeded. - I really thank Angel who is the manager for the memory facility for standing her ground when she felt that we were heading in the wrong direction by putting my mom into memory care because once there it would be nearly impossible to reverse that decision. I respect the fact that she resisted the pressure from the hospital to provide us a quick bed while she went through the process to do another entire evaluation to properly place her into the assisted living section of the facility. - Most of my business dealings have been with Traci who couldn’t be more helpful with billing and the many logistical issues I’ve had to learn to deal with as we get settled into the system. I always know that when she says “don’t worry about that” or “we’ll get that done for you” that she is true to her word. - I really credit the entire management team for hiring the kind of people that help to deliver every single level of care here, the sincere caring they establish as the standard of this place and the attention to detail in coordinating all of the moving parts here. That team is headed by Jen, the executive director - The staff, whose titles I don’t know are fantastic. They are enthusiastic and kind and treat their residents with respect. I imagine that the direction of management is to treat the residents like they were your family and they all do that exceptionally well. - And it’s not only about providing kindness and care. It’s about providing safety as well. I mistakenly tested their safety program when I took my mom out of the facility to her dentist without notifying anyone that I was doing that. They had to treat her being gone as if someone had disappeared. They seem to have drilled for this kind of event because everyone on the staff seemed to play a role in finding her, from calling every contact in my mom’s file including doctors, family members, stores, etc. to Marty the sales guy driving the streets to see if she had wandered away from the facility. I was very impressed and even more embarrassed that I caused all of that. I was told that they were about to call the police when I cluelessly returned my mom to the facility. I couldn’t be happier with the choice we’ve made to move my mom to The Suites. I know that I will be contacted by someone there if there is a question or concern about her health or well-being. That is such a huge relief for me that they are helping me deal with the small, and the huge stuff. Thank you to everyone!

Recently placed my mom, she says she like the facility and the staff. My personal experience with their staff has been very positive. Example: At his going home time, the Marketing Director assisted me with my moms TV hook up. This is not his responsibility but instead of going home, he assisted me and my mom. One of the maintenance employees could have just walked by me, but instead asked if I needed help, even after I told him I was being taken care of he assisted me with the issue in my moms room and took care of it instantly. This type of service is going above and beyond. The nurse if also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

My cousin moved into The Suites Memory Care from another care facility three weeks ago.Thanks to a caring staff and fun activities, she adjusted quickly and almost seems like a new person (she was previously bored, worried, scared – and now she always sounds happy). She was terrified of the move, but it all turned out wonderfully. Based on our experience, I recommend The Suites Memory Care to anyone that is considering such a move for a loved one.

My mother moved into The Suites Assisted living in Grants Pass, Oregon the end of 2016. It was difficult leaving her home of 27 years. Having a stroke, being unable to verbally communicate and with limited mobility it was an added challenge. I can not express how pleased my mom and our family is with the care and attention from the staff, from top management down to the aides. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The Suite's mission is to see that their residents are cared for and that this time in their lives is the best it can be.

Not only because of the residents that are so awesome and enjoyable to work with, but the staff is incredible! Just like family!
