they disregard surgeon's orders, they prevent care aids from helping residents, they'll do anything they can to keep down the assistance for helping a resident. They only care for the money they can get from the resident nothing about the care.

After multiple tours at various facilities. I found avamere to be the best community for my father. Beatriz made us feel welcome, she gave a great tour of the facility with rooms that have great views and all the necessity that my father would need. The staff was amazing. The of the community seem friendly overall.

We needed to find an assisted living facility for my father-in-law after his time at a rehab facility following four falls. He asked my brother-in-law and I to find a home. I called around to a number of facilities. After talking to Cassie both of us felt she offered what we thought would be the best. I appreciated her knowledge and genuine honesty and she went out of the way to make us comfortable with our choice. The final decision was up to my father-in-law. He narrowed the list down to two places and ultimately selected another community based on its location to his dialysis center. I know he would have been happy with Avamere but he is hoping to be able to return to his home in two months.

I moved my brother into Avamere at Park Place 1 1-2 years ago and it was the best decision we have made. I toured 4 senior living facilities and Avamere was by far the best. First, it did not have them at ‘senior smell. Avameres carpets are clean the paint is fresh which really helps with smells. It was close to a bus line and walking distance to a little store. Also, Cassie is the contact point for new and potential residents. She is amazing! First she did a home visit with my brother to interview him and make sure he would fit into the Avamere community. Then she arranged a personal tour of the facility to answer all his and our questions. On move in day she made sure that the facility guys were available to hang the TV and hook up the computer. She does go above and beyond to help new residents. I am finding I am calling her less and less as my brother adapts to his new environment and she always gets back to me almost immediately. Excellent customer service! My brother enjoys living at Avamere, good food, clean sheets weekly, clean clothes weekly, clean room weekly, a very active daily activities calendar, walking trails and an excellent support staff. Give them a call and ask for Cassie, she will take care of you!

My brother in law is a resident of Avamere. We are so appreciative to your employee Cassie for her work in getting him out of the place where he was, which was unfit to live in, and into Avamere. She went above and beyond to help my brother in law in getting him settled there. Her care and compassion literally gave him his life back. Its good to have a person like Cassie representing Avamere. My brother in law is happy and looks very good! Thank you to Cassie! We need more people like her.

I worked at park place for a year, its the best place Ive worked since I started working, I loved the residents coz they were very helpful working with them, I would recommend any one searching for a place to stay. Great people to work with, morning shift caregivers the best and the morning medtechs ,I really miss that place coz I had to leave to relocate, 210 ,227,134 ,253,256 and all the residents i humble myself and thanks all of u for making my work easy .God bless you all. I can write the full novel about there but appreciate my supervisors for everything.

I just moved my mother to Avamere, their staff have been great to work with in finding a new home for her! Cassie, Director of Sales and Outreach, was great to work with and supported me throughout the process! The place looks great too, cant wait to see the great view in the summer time!

My mom Ann is a resident here and she has asked me to write a review for her. She continually tells me how happy she is there, mostly because of how the staff treats her with kindness while keeping her safe. The medical and other support staff all treat her exceptionally well. She never has any bad to say about anyone because they are all so nice and kind. This is a testament to the management staff from the top down. Mr Mark Bruhn keeps us all well informed through email and with the newsletter. Top level notice needs to be given to the Director of Sales and Outreach, Ms. Cassie Delozier! Mom and I appreciate her professionalism and kindness to no end. Thank you Cassie!!

Avamere Park Place Cassie is sure a benefit to this team. She was very instrumental in getting me to apply and to come to this Assisted Living location and reiterated how much I would enjoy it being near the park and all of the friendly staff. Cassie has helped with everything from moving to Insurance questions to medication complications getting transferred here and any other questions about this property Cassie is the go-to person.

I absolutely love Park Place. The residents are so nice, you feel like you are part of a family here. There are many many activities for everyone. It is kept very clean and the employees are so helpful. I would recommend my home to anyone looking for a new home. Come join me and see for yourself!

I love it here the staff are so good to me. Cassie, Helped get in here was wonderful. THE housekeeping is great cleans my room as I ask. MY med aids CRYSTAL and Kelsey are the best, right there with my medications, never have to find them. MY only concern is the food. Its not the best and always keep running out of product. I do want to say, BECKI, one of the SERVERS is great, ALWAYS HELPING ME GETTING ANYTHING I ASK FOR. SHE was the first person that helped me on my first time COMINGto the dining room. SHE made me feel so comfortable and not afraid. SHE WORKS SO HARD, BUT ALWAYS GREETS ME WITH A SMILE. THIS IS VERY CLEAN PLACE, NICE TO THE RESIDENTS. I AM GLAD THAT MY DAUGHTER AND I CHOSE THIS PLACE FOR ME. I CAN CALL AVAMERE AT PARK PLACE MY HOME.

Not a great idea to Move in 1 week before Christmas, caused some delays & a little cayous. It took till after the 3rd of January for the state and all of the paper work to catch up with my move in. But with all that and the staff changes even....I hope that I have found my from now on forever Home for me & Riley (my service dog). The staff are all very helpful and they have gotten a new Chef that is just fantastic. The variety & quality of the meals are at a 3 star level.

Too many residents and not enough staff. The management changes every 5 or so months which makes it hard for a system to be put it place. Despite these faults, the staff does truly care about the residents. I give 3 stars, because its just not consistent enough.

We toured this community for the care for my mom. We did like the staff who were attentive and able to assist us with the questions that we had. The dining area was very dark and my mom was not comfortable. We were able to have a meal and it was good. This is a nice community and we would recommend that families tour the community for the care of a loved one.

At the time it was not a good fit for my loved one. I thought this community was too big to get any stimulation. I also believed they did not offer 24 hour care. It was not the right fit at the time I was touring.

So far, it is working out. Most of the personnel are very responsive and helpful. The food is marginal and edible. They don't come in and clean my apartment like they told me they would. Other than that, it has been a pleasant stay.

The care at this community. I like the staff and they are taking good care of my brother and that makes me very happy. The community is clean and always is nice to enjoy. My brother does like the menu and the large variety. The community has activities and he is liking that he is able to walk out doors with other residents .I would highly recommend this for the excellent price and care for other families.
