Money doesn't appear to be the main motive behind the operation of Blue Haven. Lyle's has had use of a toilet seat and hospital bed/mattress with no extra charge. In fact, unlike my prior experience, I haven't been charged any extra fees or costs. Their "mission statement" in actual fact is based on responsible, skilled and caring people helping residents and their families in need. When Lyle's LTC insurance was very slow remitting a monthly check, I did not receive any pressure nor was charged any extra fees or interest. Also, in contrast with my prior experience, I have had assistance each time I've needed to take Lyle to an appointment. I really am so happy and appreciative of the staff and administration of Blue Haven.

Blue haven in Dallas is a WONDERFUL place to be and work! I have been an employee here for over five years. One of the best residential homes around. Definitely recommend living or working here.

My wife, Jean, was a patient at Blue Haven for several years until she passed. I cannot hardly begin to express my deepest gratitude to Katherine Rivera and her staff for the quality of care and the love that was shown to my beloved, wife. No one wants their loved one to be in a Memory Car facility but if I had it to do it over, I would have my Jean in this facility. She was loved and respected by the staff. Every facility will have some bad apples but when they were discovered, Katherine quickly got rid of them. I will always be grateful.

This has been the best job I have ever worked at. The staff and management are the kindest people I’ve ever met and continuously make the work environment a happy and healthy one. These are the best taken care residents I have ever witnessed from any memory care home I’ve ever stepped foot in. Definitely blows the other homes out of the water. 10/10 job to work for.

Amazing group of employees who show compassion, love, dedication to all of the residents. My family member was one of the unforgettable ones to go to this facility. They took her one step at a time, we're patient and kept us informed every step of the way. She is now settling in to her new place with a routine. Thank you everyone at Blue Haven from the bottom of my family's heart.

Caring
Blue Haven RCF Dallas is the most reasonably-priced and affordable, and the accommodations are acceptable. Its arranged so it's a circle with the resident's rooms around the edges. There's a little courtyard.
