I have lived here 3 and a half years. I was at another home. This place is better because there are good residents and the staff is not bad and supportive. I am happier here but would love to be more productive. I have access to resources and I will use them to help me be an industrialist.

I started working with the company three years ago and glad that I had the opportunity to do so.It's been a great experience working in the different homes such as Beatricew all the residents and management. The personal growth and being supported by management has been great.The residents are friendly and appreciate everything you do.Thank you to Supportive Living team for being there for people who just need a little extra help to make their life better.

I wanted to give back to the community this past summer and was given the opportunity to volunteer with SupportiveLiving.ca. I volunteered at three different residences, one of which was Beatrice Manor, where I met and engaged all the residents. It was an amazing experience for me and I hope I was able to spread cheer and help out! Thank you to the CEO, Vishal Chityal, for being a great mentor and giving me the chance to give back. He truly is a champion for the homeless!

I was living in another home and dealing with the ACTT team and psychiatrists but then I came to SL in 2011 and been here for 8 years. Living here has made me a better person and I made a lot of friends and the staff and my case worker are supportive and I am happier at Beatrice Manor. I am moved to Room 19 and it is a nice room with privacy because now I don’t have a roommate like before. I like Beatrice Manor because its family oriented atmosphere and there is respect. Vishal has helped me and he is a good man, a good friend and when he meets me, he’s nice to me and treats me with the respect. The staff think he is great too. And the support services like the ACTT team take me to activies and we use computers and have a Timmys coffee. So I am very happy here. Thank you SupportiveLiving.”
