I would give no stars if I could. They gave out PRIVATE INFORMATION WITHOUT MY PERMISSION about me and my relative after I explicitely told them I did not want to give them private information. YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS GROUP. I called and told the first agent I did not want to give any personal information. I told them I had one question about a retirement residence and I did not want any further information. I asked if they could answer my question without me giving any private information and the agent said someone would call me. Debra called back. I told her I only wanted the answer to one question on the phone and I did not want to give out personal information. I told her I DID NOT want them to contact the retirement residence for me, I only wanted the question answered on the phone. After I repeatedly asked if she could give the answer to my one question right now on the phone, she finally said she could not and it would be best I visit the place personally. I thanked her and said good bye. Later that afternoon, the retirement resident called me and left a message. I did not give them permission to give out my phone number and my relative's name to anyone.

My father has been living at Supples Landing for over 2 years. We are very impressed how Supples has kept him safe during the pandemic. The staff are fantastic. They are very kind, caring and helpful. I am very pleased and appreciative of the care that he has received.

My mom has lived here for 2 1/2 years. She has faced many adjustments, her husband of 60 years passed away, COVID lockdown, and living alone for the first time in her life. Supples Landing made her feel important and loved. The staff go above to make her feel loved and valued. Eating with her friends is her highlight of the day. She joins activities and has made new friends. A special thanks to the staff, management and the Executive Director for making her birthday so very special.

Supples provide a safe environment and very good care of the residents. It is comforting for the family to know that their loved one is in good hands and safe.
