Lombardy Manor has so much character and charm. The residents are always doing something fun, laughing and just enjoying life! One thing I can say without a doubt is that they truly have the most amazing staff! Highly recommend!

Pills found all over our mothers room that were supposed to be administered under supervision. They lost a resident when my family was visiting our loved one. Soup and sandwiches for almost every meal. Building falling apart and molding in hallways and rooms. Mother being sent to different city for Dr. Apt that was for another resident. Under staffed. No follow up or follow through what so ever. The only good thing about the place was the staff were nice. I highly recommend you look to place your loved one somewhere where they will get better care.

Lombard Manor is a cozy country home for seniors. It does not have the bells and whistles of new retirement homes but what it does have is a heart of gold. The staff and the residents are like family.

The people here are wonderful, they care about all of the residence. The administrator Heather is incredible and should be commended on how well she looks after everyone. The PSWs and Nurses are very caring and go out of their way to help people.
