As a part-time Team Member who recently made the difficult decision to resign to a casual position, I can truly and honestly say that the Waterside is wholeheartedly a community of compassion, love, laughter and grace. It’s not just a building, a residence, somewhere to work or a place to live out golden years, but it is “Home”- in every sense of the word. As a Team member, from the moment I first walked in the front door for my initial interview, to my last step out after my final shift, I was treated with kindness and respect. Every single experience here- from first to last- was an honest joy, filled with teamwork and laughter. This is a place where both Team and Community Members become family. The mutual love between Team and Community members is second to none. The Team knows every name and preference of the Community, and the Community is gracious, grateful and ever so kind. The Waterside is a very special place, and everyone- everyone- inside is a gem. ❤️

Nice friendly atmosphere, full of smiling community members and team members. Being one of the team members here has been one of my best experiences yet, I love coming to work for this awesome place! my uncle stayed at waterside for over 2 years the staff and employees were very accommodating, respectful and very friendly. The residence is amazingly clean. the food is very tasty. with all the activities they offer. I would be hard not to find something to do. whether you need a place for short term, or longer. This would be a good decision.

Pub style bar inside the community as well as a garden out back. All residents seemed happy and looked as though there plenty of amenities. Lobby area was very tidy and staff were well dressed
