Hillside Haven is a hidden gem. The owners are very friendly and approachable. They are very accommodating to every individual situation. Amazing. The manager Jacquelyn is an angel in disguise. You will never find a more selfless kind soul. She is also very hands on like all the amazing staff who work there. Very caring attentive, respectful all around great. The food they serve is homemade and and huge variety my dad loves it has actually put on weight(which is good for him), They offer house keeping, Laundry etc outings and activities. I cant say enough good things about Hillside Haven it truly is a home away from home

I am happy to live here. I moved in March 15/21. The food is very good and they serve a variety at each meal. Some rooms are larger than others and visa versa for small rooms. Will find out when laundry day is when shower with PSW to bathe me. Beautiful country setting

my mother has been living here for months, food and menus are changed regularly and service is more than outstanding. Although problems have been raised on unruly tenants, the new owners have managed to keep the environment friendly. overall I would say this place is well worth the money for their trust worthy services. it shocks me knowing that people are giving negative reviews.

My parents have been in Hillside for 2 years. They are happy, healthy. Its a touch job to manage the needs of everyone, but I have seen first hand that Mark and his team do their very best to ensure the safety of the residents. Any and all issues are addressed. Real Heros!
