I cannot say enough about the care and compassion provided by Qualicare Burlington. We recently had Qualicare come in and assess the needs of my 85+ year old father, who had recently come out of a 2-week stay in the ICU. They were able to create a tailor-made care plan for him that helped to monitor his physical and emotional health. It gave us peace of mind to know that a kind professional was looking after him. With their assistance and monitoring, Dad is back on his feet again. It is good to know that they are there when we need them. I would not hesitate to recommend them or call on them again. Thank you!

Qualicare Burlington is nice place to work. I learned a lot during my stay. As a manager Jerry is someone who would you like to work under and with that he is kind person, he always listens to employees input and help whenever they need. Kate, she is so helpful and friendly to employees. She arranges schedules according to your convenience. It was wonderful experience working with Qualicare Burlington. I have been receiving post surgical support from Qualicare over the last several weeks. I truly cannot say enough good things about their services. Jerry and Kate have been wonderful to deal with - they did an outstanding job at matching me with a wonderful PSW who has been a dream to work with. Qualicare was recommended to me by the nurse at Joesph Brant Hospital, Burlington. I wanted high quality, highly personalized home care support for my mothers return from hospital. Jerry and Nancy immediately met with my mother and I at the hospital to understand our needs. They provided my mother with great support and gave me tremendous peace of mind. Easy to reach, easy to work with, punctual, professional, extremely efficient but most of all caring and true professionals who take pride in what they do. The Qualicare Team has been instrumental in providing support to my mom (who has Dementia) during her lengthy stay in the hospital. By supporting my mom they are also giving our family the respite that we need as we cant be with her as often as we would like. Jerrys team is kind and professional even during the challenging days and behaviours. She recently moved to another hospital and her care team has followed her there which has been great for the transition to new surroundings. Jerry and Kate have been quick to modify the schedule as needed and communicate with us regularly concerning any issues that arise. We are grateful for their continued support.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience weve had working with Jerry and his outstanding team over the past few years. They have gone above and beyond to provide our elderly family members with the highest levels of care. Even during the challenges of COVID, they delivered continuity of care and ensured their staff ALWAYS had appropriate PPE to keep themselves and their vulnerable clients safe. It didnt matter how complex or fast changing our needs were, Jerrys team (big shoutout to Kate) were creative and timely in coming up with a care strategy that was just right. And the actual caregiving staff? They were outstanding! They treated my aunt and uncle as if they were family, anticipating their needs and making them feel safe and cared for. I found Qualicare based on good online reviews, after having numerous bad experiences with another local provider...name ends in shore!Good, courteous staff, with real people skills to manage 2 senior parents in need of varying types of care. The initial contact team were flexible with scheduling, and made all efforts to find compatible care givers. The staff that came to the home were reliable, and also connected with those that they were caring for. All had good language skills, were punctual, and capable of filling in the needs of my parents.Cost is competitive and comparable to similar services, but the quality is much better.Would recommend to anyone needing senior support in the Burlington area.

From day 1, it has been a pleasure to have Meaghan as Personal Support Worker. Her many qualities include reliability, compatibility, safe driving skills, acute observation of my personal safety and well-being, making excellent suggestions to allow us to complete several activities in our allotted time, quick recall of the locations of various appointments, and most helpful handling walker, shopping items, and assisting with household chores while I lived at home as well as putting together patio table and protecting outdoor chairs on balcony at Retirement residence.Meaghan has an engaging cheerful personality and interacts well with everyone we meet. We enjoy conversation and I enjoy being in Meaghans company despite the difference in our ages.Added to this is the respect my family members have for Meaghan and the many skillsshe employs to truly make life more easily managedand pleasant for me. When we first chose Qualicare over other companies which were recommended by the physiotherapist they were very professional from the beginning. The first day when Jerry and Nancy came in we were very happy with the way they presented themselves and the services that were to be provided. The girls that came in were just great and the quality of the care was so amazing. Even if I tried, I could not even find any complaint to say about any of them. I hardly ever had to ask for anything because they payed close attention to all of my needs. More importantly the quality of the care allowed me to retain my dignity going through the humbling experience of having two broken arms.

When my family needed someone to assist our elderly parents at home during a recent personal health crisis, Qualicare, on short notice, responded admirably. Their management team quickly helped to assess our needs and came up with a very effective and affordable plan. We are glad we chose Qualicare Burlington. Their staff is knowledgeable, client oriented and always on time - very dependable. The thing I liked most about Qualicare Burlington is that they were very honest and not pushy. It took us 5 weeks between our siblings to decide and arrange for home care services for our parents and every time we called or emailed for more information, they responded almost immediately.
