My mom has nothing but praise for everyone here. Thanks for running a wonderful happy environment for all the seniors. It feels like a small community and everyone is helpful and friendly. The chef prepared meals and daily home made bread are delicious. My mother loves her apartment and her life at Burlington Gardens. Peace of mind for me! I have absolutely no hesitation fully recommending this wonderful retirement home.

Wonderful retirement home. My Dad lived here after losing his wife from over 70 years. We were not sure he would pull out of the spiral he was in especially with Covid still lingering into 2022. This home helped him recover, gave him a sense of self and one that he could go forward on. A home has to be a place that is more than four walls, and this home managed to do this. Great staff, management that cared, and really nice residents. The home itself is lovely with large rooms, wide halls, good food, lots of activities and social events. Would recommend this to anyone. The events he enjoyed the most were the men’s club, the church services and the music. Thank you.

they allow my grandma to sit I her broken ostomy bag all day, they let her sit in wet pee clothes and come down to eat multiple times. They say they can't help her, have to wait until the pharmacy opens - Sunday. she is 92 years old. This is inhumane and she is literally sitting in piss. She orders the stuff herself, nobody will help see where it is and why they were too busy to drop it off.

Lovely accommodations, stunning dining room, friendly residents, and staff who go above and beyond to deliver engaging in-house activities and off-site day trips... everything from exercise classes to pub nights featuring live entertainment to short bus trips out of town. Other amenities include an activity room, library, games room, television lounge, hair salon, chapel and beautiful grounds for daily walks. Pets are lovingly welcomed. Five stars!

Mom moved in about 2 months ago. The staff have serviced all our request, needs immediately in a very friendly manner. There are too many activities to do them all. The live music and happy hours have been fun.
