Very nice facility with caring and attentive staff. Every attempt is made to involve each resident in all activities while following the wishes of the residents. The employees treated my mom as if she were there grandmother. Much appreciation for their care and concern.

I have been the Administrator at Weatherwood for 6 years and I couldnt ask for a better team! We all have our ups and downs but we always pull together as a team! Our team builds such close and personal relationships with the residents and their family members and it is such a wonderful experience. So many have a heart of gold and the managers are never afraid to jump in where needed as well as the front line staff (CNAs and CMAs)!

The Director, Michelle Carter is the BEST director this company has! I worked under her several months when she filled in at the community where I worked. She is professional, very wise, hard working, good at team building, and loves the residents! Can't say enough good things about her!

Weatherwood is without a doubt the best place I have ever worked! We were all like family, and I loved to come to work everyday. The residents, and employees are the greatest people on the planet. I had to leave to further my education, but it was an extremely tough decision. There is no better community than Weatherwood Assisted Living, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
