The facility is very clean and the staff are super friendly. I am pretty OCD on cleanliness and there was nothing identified as unacceptable. My dad was very well cared for and very comfortable while living there. The Executive Director is very prompt in answering questions and needs. Prairie Rose is a very safe environment for your loved one.

Prairie Rose is a wonderful place. Employees are very polite and it's a good atmosphere as soon as you walk in. I would definitely recommend Prairie Rose for a loved one!!

So far our experience has been good. My mom moved in just a couple months ago. Her apartment is really nice. She's met many kind people, both residents and staff. There are a ton of things available each day for her to take part in. Right now she's getting acquainted with her new surroundings. The staff has a good balance of encouraging her to participate and still giving her freedom to do what she wants. There's a nice laundry room on each floor. The maintenance staff is helpful and kind. Same with the people who work in the dining room. One day my mom wasn't answering her phone so I called the office. Right away they sent someone to check on her. She was in the dining room and had misplaced her phone. It was such a relief to know she was fine, especially since I live out of state. The only complaint I've heard from my mom is that sometimes the food isn't the best. I'm sure it's difficult to please everyone all the time. Overall, we are very pleased.

My parents moved to Prairie Rose several years ago because they lived in a different state and they had reached the age were it was important they be closer to me when they needed help. Several years later my mom passed away and my Dad felt he was surrounded by too many memories and moved. After his move he realized how much he loved being at Prairie Rose with all the friends and family he made while living there. He returned to spend the rest of his time there. The day he came in to the apartment and found Megan there waiting to greet him he said "I'm home." While this last stay was brief as he too has now past, I know he felt comfort in being where he was. I also need to say the support and help I got from everyone at Prairie Rose during that time can not be expressed in words. I will be forever grateful to them.

My mother is in this retirement facility. She loves it and the staff that work there. As in any facility there are things that happen, that is just normal...the Manager does a good job getting on them and addressing them right away. Would, and have, recommend Prairie Rose.

Very satisfied with the staff Melissa and Sheila both are very attentive to the needs of my dad. They both go out of their way for others to encourage social activity and promote a positive atmosphere. Prairie Rose has been a life saver for Dad hes social, eats well, and has a greater outlook on life. Couldnt of asked for a better place.

I have family here. Carpets are stained, food is meh. Some of the staff seemed very nice and attentive while others were not as much so. They seem to go through food staff workers.

We love Prairie Rose. It is spacious and clean, and the staff is impeccable. I could not have chosen a better place for my grandfather, it was actually his 1st choice! They provide 3 meals a day and an array of activities. Thumbs up from us!!

Prairie Rose is a warm and wonderful independent living community that I would highly recommend to anyone! The facility is beautifully decorated and well cared for, and the grounds are lush with attractive landscaping. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, spacious, and boast large windows that allow for an abundance of natural light. The staff are not only professional, but truly friendly and accommodating to residents and guests alike. The rates are very affordable and all inclusive: three chef prepared meals per day, weekly housekeeping, plus transportation to and from physician appointments, personal shopping, and planned excursions. Ask them about the awesome GPS emergency call buttons they provide each resident with! Tour this one FIRST, and be sure to stay for lunch. You wont be disappointed! Michelle Smith, Tulsa
