Mom has been at Iris for several months now. They are understaffed at times, just like any other place in Tulsa. Due to state laws that need to be changed. But overall we have been very happy with the care mom is receiving. There are some staff that yes, they just work there but there are others that really seem to love the clients there. It’s not an easy job for little pay. I’m thankful to the staff in building 3 that love & care for my mom. Mom has had dementia for 10 years & we cared for her at home until this last year. If you’re faced with this difficult decision I would recommend Iris in Tulsa.

Mom has been an Heritage Point for 18 months. We have been pleased with the care she receives and we know she is loved. She is in her final days of hospice care and HP staff has been 100% accommodating to us and met our needs in these final days.

I moved my mother into Heritage Point soon after it opened in December 2016. Previously, she had been at an assisted living elsewhere and then was transferred into their memory care unit. I wasnt happy with the memory care and decided to move her to Heritage Point. During her three years there she was very well cared for and her needs were met. They did a great job of keeping her engaged and active up until the end. I could tell the staff generally cared about her and took a personal interest in meeting her needs. If I had it to do all over again I would definitely entrust them with the care of a loved one.

My grandma has lived at Heritage Point for a year and the care shes been given has exceeded our expectations. The staff at Heritage Point take care of her like shes their loved one. They are excellent about staying in communication with us. The director truly cares and Ive popped in numerous times to see her visiting with my grandma and helping feed her. The nurses and caregivers are compassionate and attentive. April engages each resident in fun activities and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Heritage Point is extremely secure and has been a safe environment for my grandma. It is well worth the cost for high quality care. Our family is greeted by name and is very comfortable at Heritage Point. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that will care for their loved ones well.

Heritage Point has been nothing but an excellent experience for my loved one. Their skilled workers and well experienced staff have made all the difference this last year to my mother. I have nothing but glowing reviews of the clean facility, their beautiful gardens and great activity program. My mother has enjoyed watching their sensory garden grow things like tomato, squash, mint, and lavender. I toured 6 different memory cares in the near by area and this one outshines the rest with their unique concept of small houses. I would recommend this place to everyone.
