We have (sadly) used several memory care centers. This provides so far better care that it is off the charts better.

I feel it only right to share with the public that although reviews are sometimes helpful, they are not always dependable. I am the administrator of Heritage Point of Oklahoma City and it saddens me to see negative comments left by individuals who are obviously not connected to us in any way shape or form. Our families know that we strive hard to please and care for our residents and never would we allow such blatant negligence as suggested occur. I encourage you to visit our campus and talk with our families and staff… youll see and feel the positive difference right away! We are blessed and honored to care for the individuals entrusted to us and it is for them that I must stand up and defend their reputation as this is their home and it should be respected as such. The next time somebody chooses to write a negative comment, please consider those you are attacking. If indeed you do have an issue or concern, please bring it to my attention as I know through good communication, all things can be resolved.
