My Mom was on Hospice when she entered Autumn Leaves of Edmond 18 months ago. I want to thank them for saving her life. After 6 months in the care of Autumn Leaves she “graduated” from Hospice. She is under the care of a wonderful PA with weekly checkups on site She is not only healthy but she loves her new home! The staff is excellent and bring joy to my Mom! The food is outstanding which also helped her regain her health! My Mom entered Autumn Leaves at the height of Covid. I always felt she was safe with many Covid precautions in place. Covid shots and Booster were received on site. My Mom LOVES the bus trips she has taken to the State Fair, Braums, Pumpkin Patch, Christmas Lights, and more. I highly recommend Autumn Leaves of Edmond! God Bless all families loving and caring for loved ones with memory loss.

My husband was placed at Autumn Leaves in Edmond on July 1, 2021, He has received great thoughtful care. The staff are friendly and compassionate. Maddie the activity director has made a great effort to include my reluctant husband in the activities and now he participates freely . The meals are well planned and delicious; my husband eats every bite. I am so thankful for the staff and the residents that have made my husband's stay comfortable.

My 98-year-old mother-in-law has been a resident at Autumn Leaves and they have worked wonders with her! Their Director of Nursing, Mary Kay Trotter, is the most compassionate and dedicated person you will, ever, find in a patient care community! When my MIL, first, moved there she did not interact socially, at all. Through proper stimulation and environment, she has really come out of her shell and we owe her new-found independence to the opportunities that she has been given at Autumn Leaves. Jonna Warrick, Executive Director, works very hard to keep a lively, upbeat atmosphere - planning fun and meaningful activities for the residents. If you are looking for a total memory care community, please consider Autumn Leaves of Edmond!!
