Due to unexpected circumstances we had to move my mother to assisted living in a very short period of time. The Village was wonderful in helping us achieve this. She’s been there since August and our experience has been nothing but positive! Her nurses are wonderful and have helped her settle in with ease. She loves them and gets very good care. I would absolutely recommend!

Rayann is wonderful! She arranged a quick need for respite stay for my parents. I like that theres no pressure to commit and they do not charge extra for levels of care which can change rapidly. The entire staff is very attentive and friendly. Communication and updates from caretakers happens often without having to ask. Activities are lively and many residents participate. My parents liked the Meals a lot. I highly recommend this place.

My mother is a resident and I could not be more pleased with her care. The staff is loving and patient with both the residents and their families. And, this attitude is the same from the Director to maintenance and housekeeping. And the food is great!

My parents moved into the Retirement Center 7 years ago. They have wonderful staff, always get things done if there is a concern. They are so caring and were wonderful to us all when mom passed away 2 years ago. Dad is 95 and he can certainly give them a workout. Love The Village! My dad has been there 5 years. Great staff and Director The Annual Family Christmas Open House last night was amazing. Very special and magical. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so special for the residents and loved ones. The Village Choir was fabulous. I feel so confident with my dad at the Village. It's home for him.

It is NOT common for a Home Health Care Company like Always There Home Care to review a senior living facility. But our experience with The Village at Westerville has been prolific. From the superior executive management of Ed Niper, to the top notch meals, to the careful selection of the best hands on care offerings for any assisted living facility we have seen in Columbus, we must tip our hat to this great team. There is something magical happening here, but as you meet the team you quickly realize why this is the best option for Assisted Living in Columbus, Ohio. The staff take great pride in their work, the care staff smile and are eager to provide care above the call of duty. Going the extra mile for residents starts at the executive level and absolutely is observed in the way the team here loves their residents and makes them feel special. As if that wasnt enough, the pricing is fair and the residents are thriving and are celebrated. You cant walk down the hallway without seeing hugs or smiles. We give this special place our highest marks for their teamwork and special care. It is remarkable to find a place where the team has half as much experience in the same building as this team has. Their head chef, custodial staff and reception team boast greater than 20 years experience. This results in excellent continuity and details that get immediate caring attention.

I visited The Village at Westerville, but the rooms available were upstairs, and I was worried for Mom. We talked to the woman who ran the place, and she showed us around. We did not get to see the rooms.

The Village is just the Best Retirement home. You will not find more caring people that work here. Making these residents happy is the staff's #1 goal. The food is very well prepared. I never worry about my Dad knowing he is very well cared for. Check it out. You will be glad you did.

Our family is a great fan of this facility, where both of my parents lived for about 5 years. Top-notch care, friendly people, good food - just a very supportive and healthy environment. My parents were very happy here, and, so were we, knowing they were in great hands.

The staff at The Village at Westerville was very friendly and very helpful. The facility was very clean and the people looked happy. They have a semi-private room and they told us that they had activities for the residents.

The physical appearance of The Village at Westerville was very nice and comfortable-looking. I believe this facility has been there for many years because it is here in town and I've driven by it many times. It seemed in the fine state of repair and I saw nothing that looked dated at all. Also its location is very convenient for me. I think it was just before lunch when I visited this place. There were people downstairs getting ready for lunch. I had lunch there too and I liked it. The residents seemed happy and active.

My children and I visit this facility every year for their annual Trick or Treat party. My family lived in Westerville for several years and at one point my grandmother was staying there. It was a short stay because she was healing from surgery. She never fully recovered because she was very ill to begin with. The facility is staffed with some of the most caring individuals I have every met. When my children and I went for the Trick or Treat party, the staff was very involved and made sure it was enjoyable for all the residents living there. As for the residents, they all seem very happy and very content with their living arrangements. They enjoy having any and all visitors and the The Village at Westerville makes sure to have the community welcomed all the time. They also do other community events such as Bingo on Memorial Day and Independence day. They do summer concert series outside all summer long, and allow organizations such as girl scout troops and choirs come and do activities with the residents. They try to make sure that the residents are taken care of. If I had to have a family member stay anywhere, I would make sure it was at the Village at Westerville.
