I work with this building and staff directly and provide hospice services. Loving and caring people. The nurses are amazing. I would definitely send a loved one to live here if the time comes.

The people at Urbana Place are exceptional in caring for the residences. I had the greatest sense of not having to worry about the care they gave to my mother. Even when this Covid thing shut visitation down of personal visitation I was able to see how she was through glass. The personal make the place not the building. The building public places and private were always kept clean even before Covid sanitized started. I would recommend Urbana Place to anyone who has to leave the care of their loved ones in someones elses hands.

Urbana Place is an amazing assisted living community that provides five star service. The staff and residents are simply amazing. Clean, neat, and organized facility. Residents are happy and plenty of activities to do daily. Highly recommend.

My father recently passed away after being a resident for 6 years. I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent care he received. He was mentally alert and oriented when he first moved in, driving, taking care of his dog, but over the years he declined, and his level of care was adjusted as needed. I live out of state, but have other siblings close by. When I would visit several times yearly, I was always impressed with the facility and the genuine kindness and respect with which he was treated. Hospice came in during his last days, and Urbana Place helped us know when to call them. The name of the organization has changed several times, but there has been very little staff turnover that I noticed, which is remarkable. I am grateful for them, and recommend Urbana Place enthusiastically.
