Our mom has been in the memory care unit for the past year and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. The entire staff is kind and helpful, especially those in her unit. She is treated with respect and concern for her well being. In addition to the wonderful staff, the facilities and her apartment are perfect.

A few months ago my family and I were looking for a nice place to put my mom and decided to check out Traditions at West Park Place and I was blown away with how wonderful Kaylynn was! She was training a girl who was equally as sweet. The facility was gorgeous and the staff was very warm, inviting and super friendly! During the tour I was introduced to many of the staff members and couldn't believe how long some/most have been there! Many many years! It was very reassuring to know how long they have been there. They talked about how amazing the place is to work for and you can tell because as I was walking through with Kaylynn some of the staff members would wave and walk over and introduce themselves and it felt to me like I've known them forever even tho it was my first time there. The residents were very involved in the activities that were going on and they had something for all the residents there. Puzzles, games, activities. SO many things to help get them moving and their minds stimulated. After my tour I had to put things on hold because of my own health issues but Kaylynn always made sure to check in on both my mom and I. I can go on and on about how wonderful Traditions at West Park Place is and Kaylynn for all her help but you will have to check it out for yourself. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for yourself or a family member and you want the best for them! Thank you Kaylynn for all your professionalism, patience, kindness, words of wisdom and advice and being so easy to talk to and work with! You are very much appreciated!

I am writing this review to share our experience at West Park Place. Our mom was in Memory Care from September 2022 until she passed away recently. We had a horrible experience with another ALMC (read my other Google review) and had some trepidation about moving mom. Our experience with West Park Place was wonderful. They were always fully staffed and never gave the excuse "no one wants to work". If someone called off, it wasn't uncommon for upper management to pitch in and help. The Resident Assistants aka Caregivers were kind, compassionate, and treated our mom with dignity. WPP made certain that mom was fully engaged in activities. At her prior ALMC, mom stayed in her room to avoid the "drama" (her words), here at West Park Place she wanted to participate in activities like, chair yoga, morning exercise and devotionals, etc. The food was exceptional and presented in a manner that made the residents want to eat! When mom first arrived, she was not enthusiastic to eat. The RAs would sit next to her while eating to encourage her participation which resulted in her increased appetite. Mom had a desire to remain independent and so they worked with her so she could do her ADLs. The caring ED and the Memory Care Director were able to appreciate mom for who she was, a kind person with a great sense of humor, and made certain that dementia did not detract from her quality of life. I have so much GRATITUDE for Vicki and all the MC Resident Assistants (too many to mention). I miss my mom terribly, however, I know that her quality of life over the past 8 months were enhanced due to their strong programming. THANK YOU for all you did for our Mom and for US. You will remain in our hearts FOREVER.

West Park Place came highly recommended to me by friends whose parents had lived there and it has not disappointed for my parents. Many of the employees have been there for years, which speaks to the quality of the facility and the service provided. The management, dining area and food, activity opportunities, housekeeping, maintenance, and common areas are all top notch. With Senior Care Management onsite, residents who need some support with daily living can add on assistance as needed. Without reservation, I would recommend West Park Place for senior living.

Our Mother has resided at West Park Place in Toledo for 18 months and we are very pleased with the overall experience. The level of care, personalization of attention by the staff, dining & facilities are all wonderful. It is very apparent that Management with Respect is a core value.

My Mom absolutely loves West Park Place. Everything is taken care of so she can relax and socialize.Update 7, 17, 20 My rating of West Park Place is now a 10... My Mom has been here almost 2 years, she loves her community, staff and the beautiful facility. They have been so careful with protecting their residents from Covid-19. I live in Arizona and feel helpless at times, but I am so thankful she is being cared for at West Park Place... Thank you

I am so totally in love with West Park Place. I can think of no better place for my Dad to be. The staff is incredible and caring. They are involved in the every day to day life of their residents and sincerely have their best interests at heart. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for an assisted living facility for a family member.
