My mom has been in Vitalia Solon since March 2022. She is legally blind and has dementia. She is currently in the Assisted Living. She constantly says how nice the staff treat her and loves the food. I can't think of a better place for my mom.

Moving your parents into a senior living facility is a huge move and we thought we had a fantastic place for them…boy were we wrong. It is so terrible how Vital treats it’s residents. The facility was constructed as cheaply as possible (according to the actual maintenance man). The management has yet to step up resolving issues. The kitchen is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Granted we are all dealing with the ramifications of Covid and the economy but give the seniors a decent meal. The kitchen constantly runs out of food, has gone through a half dozen cooks, and has no idea what a healthy balanced meal is. So frustrating to see your parents have to live through this. Most of the positive reviews were from early residents who have either moved out or are equally upset. I would never recommend this place but still hold hope that they will fix these things. If you are thinking of moving here, please talk to some current residents and have a few meals. BTW…here is todays “grilled cheese” sandwich. The kitchen doesn’t even know to melt the cheese!!!! Also the elevator is out of order monthly…how does that work for folks in walkers!!!

Our family is thrilled that Vitalia has come to Solon. My mother is beyond happy with her lovely apartment and all the amenities. Josh and the staff are fabulous

My wife and I have really been amazed at all the great activities that are provided here at Vitalia in Solon, Ohio. Katie, our activities director, keeps us motivated everyday with fun fitness programs. She leads us in all types of exercises including Thai Chi, lightweights, seated cardio/dance and drumming to music. She is also very creative and shares her skills with interesting arts and crafts projects. We keep well informed via virtual classes, and we relive our own travel experiences by watching the weekly travelogues. We love to keep physically and mentally active and find that Vitalia independent living a great way to do it. Bill and Carole Mason

What an incredible community!!! Im SO happy that my mom chose to move to Vitalia!!! The staff, under Debbies amazing direction, is simply top notch! Everyone is so kind, caring and compassionate. The residents bring a wealth of life experiences, and love to share with each other (safely, of course!) during meals and small group gatherings. Everyone is welcome and even the staffs t-shirts spread words of kindness, inclusion, diversity and warmth! There are so many activities from which to choose.... the gym - as my mom calls it (exercise classes, PT & OT sessions), the pool, the outdoor courtyard, movie theater, etc. My mom loves to play the piano in the lovely main lobby. Shes not been this happy in years!!! The people here are simply amazing!!! Debbie, Tammy, Brandon, Shai, Katie, Sam, Tom, Peter, Maricelo, and the list goes on..... I apologize if I missed someone!!! Im SO appreciative for the care my mom is receiving. A few kinks are still being worked out, but that happens with every new organization. Thank you ALL!!!

Vitalia Senior Living in Solon is a brand new community on the east side of Cleveland. It has independent living, assisted living as well as memory care. The food is amazing as well as all the activities. The residents make you feel like you are at home.

Vitalia Solon is an outstanding senior apartment building which I moved into September 3, 2020. My apartment is large, elegant, delightful. The building features a fitness center with daily classes, a game room, a theater for programs (virtually) and dining room. The staff are wonderful, caring and always know your name. I am so pleased to be living here!

Five stars doesnt nearly begin to rate the incredible Vitalia Solon.For months, I searched for a place for my parents, who were moving from another state that they could call home. I looked at many facilites throughout the suburbs and EVERY time I looked somewhere, I compared it to Vitalia. At this point, the facility hadnt even openend yet! The sales staff werent just selling a property, they were selling the feeling of home.The apartments and common spaces are beyond beautiful, with every detail thought of, from gorgeous decor and wide hallways to art and photographs that make each resident feel welcome.What makes Vitalia a ten out of five stars is that its not about the gorgeous building, its the staff. Each staff member, from the moment one walks in, is warm, welcoming, helpful and generous with their time.Every staff member, no matter position has a smile on their face and is genuinely happy to be there.Every question I have, is answered with kindness, intelligence, and I am in awe of how attentive the staff is to not just the residents, but to the families as well. Their main priority is not to get residents into the building but to build a life and home for each resident, getitng to know them and their needs.We have been incredibly impressed with Vitalia Solon and feel as though there is weight lifted off our shoulders. To know that our parents are not just in a building, but have found a home, no matter what their needs are, is exactly what I hoped for.
