DISAPOINTED.............. left a review on here, negative review but honest, I guess they didn't like it. long story short.....they left my 90 year old mother with out air conditioner for 4 days now. when they brought in portable unit it blew the breaker in the living room, maintenance came down to her apartment 3 times, stated he couldn't find fuse panel and left. Called main desk to have maintenance come back down or the administrator , nothing. Called 3 times from home and got hung up each time. With out electric she can't use her lift chair, or the lights so she can read in her chair or watch tv. and her heart monitor now isn't working. I find this very unacceptable. There have been other problems over the years.....pills stolen....jewerly.....money, other items missing. The apartment has flooded 3 times. I now have cameras in her apartment that record everything. But to leave her down there with no electric in the living room, where she spends most of her time is ridiculous. Can't find the fuse box ????? I also wondered the floor for 30 min. looking for a nurse or anyone to help. You can't find any one and if you call the nurse station very seldom will any one answer. I would advise any one to look into another nursing home, one that company doesn't own.

I am a resident here and we do have problems at times like all nursing homes. I have been here since September 2018 and am a retired Activity Director from Cincinnati. Our activities are limited now because of the out break but we have a 4 star activity program . We have activities now but we all miss our daily activities and family visits. We have just been bought by Majestic Care and I feel that things are on the way up. I will continue to pray for all and our wonderful staff. God bless our home. My mom and dad moved in a year ago and they are just as happy with their apartment and the facility as they were when they moved in. The staff is wonderful and caring and they keep adding new amenities to the facility all the time. My dad is thrilled with the new pool table! The management has gone out of their way to help my dad get set up with his amateur radio equipment and antenna, it means a lot to him and to all of us. Thanks!
