Great company to work with, especially being able to make personal relationship with your residents. I had to transition my mom to assisted living this past March which is the hardest thing Ive ever had to do. I have nothing to say but good things about Carriage Court so far. Their entire staff is amazing. They treat my mom very well . I get more of a family feel from quite a few of them. They all deserve a pay raise!! Im said to see Sophie , Sarah and Mitch leave though. God Bless All of You!

I am so grateful for the Carriage Court team that takes care of my Mother. Its a blessing to know she is in a safe place. The staff are pleasant. I enjoy that the staff have developed a relationship with my Mother. The nurses provide updates and are readily available. They have a monthly town hall meeting that allow residents to voice their concerns and be part of changes. I highly recommend Carriage Court to anyone who has a love one who requires assisted living.

The staff at Carriage Court Hilliard is excellent! They have been great with communicating about my fathers care plan for over a year, especially through the pandemic. The programming is great, and my dad is treated with respect and dignity. The directors are very involved in the everyday operations and easy to contact with questions or concerns, would recommend for anyone looking to transition their family member to senior living!

My mother is in the memory care unit at Carriage Court. They do a lot of activities to keep the the residents active. I love the staff that works in the Memory Care unit too!

My Grandmother is going on 88 years old. Her comfort and happiness is everything to me. My Grandmother worked all of her life and raised 5 kids of her own. Helen also raised multiple grandchildren as her own as well ,(me included). I moved her into my care roughly two years ago. I told her i would never send her to anyplace to stay, other that at home with me. Recently my wife went out of town to Arizona and during that time my Grandmother went for a respite stay at Carriage Court Hilliard. I was nervous at first, Ill be honest. I mean thats my Grandma! Just protective I suppose. Over time she has developed Dementia and its heartbreaking, but I'm all about making her life more comfortable. At home she didn't have A social outlet, no longer could work a tv remote, even a microwave was A chore. Within A week of her 2 week respite at Carriage Court she was ready to move in. She was playing Bingo, making friends, going to the Hair and nail salon. What i loved most was to see her up and moving! She went from a couch potato at my house, to a social butterfly at Carriage Court! The staff is the icing on the cake. attentive and thoughtful! Every request met thus far! I recommend Carriage Court, My entire family as well. Beautiful remodel of the facility and staff.

My mother lived here for about a year before she passed away. The staff was very caring to her and always took care of our needs. The facility was very clean abd organized, the aids really seemed to care about their job. I always felt comfortable and welcomed.

8 months ago due to declining health issues of my mother my family and I faced the difficult decision of having to move both of my parents as soon as possible from independent senior living to assisted living. Both of my parents had very different health and personal care needs. Carriage Court and all of their employees have helped to make this difficult transition as good as possible. I have had interactions with almost every employee there and from day one I have not regretted my decision in picking Carriage Court of Hilliard. Unfortunately, I lost my mother since we moved them in and I am very grateful for the staffs compassion, concern and care for myself, my family, and my father since that happened. Things that I like the most about it are that every employee from the Executive Director, kitchen staff, aides, nurses, and receptionist all know every resident & their family members on a first name basis. I walk in and usually even before I ask I am informed of where I can find my father and how he is doing regardless of who the first person I see is. I can call, walk in, send an e-mail or a text and I usually have a response within minutes to any concern that I have. There have also been numerous times when I have felt like (especially with my mother) my parents level of care was very demanding and staff went out of their way to make sure they had what they needed. Are there issues? Of course. As there will be with any facility involved with healthcare and residents of varying needs. Sometimes I had to bring things to their attention. However, my experience has been that when things happen they are addressed that same day to my satisfaction and I have always been brought in or informed of what is going on. Often, because I am not there all the time things were brought to my attention that I was not aware of by the nurses/aides that see them every day. My father has short term memory issues and I never worry about his getting his medications, forgetting a meal, or overall health. Aides and other staff members have hunted him down when they don't see him for meals and make sure he is getting what he needs. In the time he has been there they have gone through a big renovation and remodel. And, anyone who has ever had that done in their home knows how disruptive that can be. Things got a little crazy and busy at times but I never felt like my fathers care changed during that time. Sometimes events and meeting rooms got moved around but overall it was well thought out and the transition was as easy as possible with still maintaining as much of normalcy as can be expected. Best of all, my father is happy. He has things (activities) to do and has made many new friends. He enjoys the food and the staff. He especially enjoys many of the outings, special guests, and events that go on daily. It is especially good to know that while I cannot be there every hour of everyday to take care of him he is in a place that does. Danielle Chute

Hard to believe next month I will have worked at Carriage Court for 8 years. I have been blessed to have my life touched by many beautiful people, both staff and residents. It's been a great place to work. With all the renovations made recently it's a homier atmosphere. Come check it out.
