Too many roaches and bed bugs. I haven't had a decent night's sleep for months. The only thing good here is the view of the lake! You can't get rid of roaches and bed bugs by spraying, you have to use bedbug and roach traps, I know from experience! Bedbugs can't survive with plastic, that's why I tightly wrap my bed with plastic. This place will cause one to commit suicide if you're not careful! It's really bad here! Owners of Waters Edge apartments, are very rich, they can afford leaking bathtub faucet! Half the time the water is cut off because Euclid always has to work on the sewage system!

The pool is open for the summer and it's very clean and family friendly I been a tenant for almost three years and I have not had a bad experience overall. I also want to acknowledge the office team they currently have within the year now is very family oriented. They bring good vibes especially the leasing agent Dierra (Ms.Dee) she is always full of happiness.

I moved in before the renovations started and for my experience it has shown positive change inside and out. From the building new color change outside to the sky blue color change in common areas of the property. The current team from leasing office to maintainence has done an awesome, terrific and all those good things needed for us tenants. Thank you all for attending to my acknowledgements as your tenant.

I have been dealing with roaches off an on an pipes leaking from ceiling of bathroom dropped ceiling tile constantly falling into tub I have made request multiple times to have it fix an it's been temporary fixed every time mad an emergency maintenance call an nobody showed up
