Large employee turnover with caregivers and with the office staff. We signed a contract for care for my mother and quickly realized we made a mistake. They sent 4 different caregivers within 3 weeks. The caregivers were very nice but this is not what we were expecting. In my opinion this is an unprofessional way to run a home health service. We recently switched to Visiting Angels and couldn’t be happier.

Our family contacted Homewell when our mother needed home health care above and beyond what we as a family were able to provide. The home health aides were not only helpful from a medical care perspective but also very personable and literally became part of our extended family. Homewell always worked hard to accommodate our needs and dependable to have a healthcare aide available when needed. Then when our father became ill and needed care, there was no question who to call. Homewell was able to help our family carry out our parents’ wishes to remain in the comfort of their home until their passing. For that our family will be forever grateful.

I would like to start by thanking HomeWell Care Services and their entire team. They have been an exceptional company in our families time of need. We were initially referred by a hospital and in which my grandma was admitted, I called and spoke to the Co-owner of the company. She was very courteous, professional and answered all of our questions. They assigned us with a wonderful care giver and made sure my family and I were satisfied with the services we were provided. Homewell was with my dad when I could not be there. I live about 2 hours away and just couldnt be there for everything. They took great care of him and at the best price. The case manager Amanda went out of her way to visit him and even went over to flip the breakers for us when the power went out! I highly recommend Homewell for care givers who really do care when you cant be there yourself.

HomeWell Care Services assisted with the care of my husband after he was in a serious accident. They asked detailed questions about my husbands needs and requirements. They explained theyre services very clearly and the caregiver that worked with my husband was very responsive and attentive to his needs. I needed short-term home help after suffering a broken shoulder. Everyone I had contact with at HomeWell was very personable and helpful, but I especially loved my home help assistant, Florence. We had such a good experience with the Homewell staff. Tammy took amazing care of my mother. It was always the highlight of her day. They would play cards read and talk. Tammy took a genuine interest in my mothers life. She took care of all of my moms personal needs. Tammy was always conscientious of my moms dignity which meant a lot to our family. I want to personally thank Tammy and the Homewell team for helping our entire family get through this time of our life. I can still see the smile on my moms face when Tammy would walk into the room.

After talking with the co-owner of HomeWell Senior Care, it was clear that I could trust her and her co-workers to care for my Dad. HomeWell assigned a wonderful, experienced caregiver for him...this lady cheers him up as soon as she arrives, makes the everyday routine fun with her humor, is very safe and gentle with Dad, cares for him like he was her relative. The supervisors visit Dad, the people in the office are ready to listen, to help solve any issues and respond immediately to uphold their high standards of care. Would definitely recommend HomeWell.

I recommend HomeWell as a service to care for loved ones. They provided great services to my mother who had dementia and was living in an assisted living center. They also provided services to my brother to support him at home after surgery.

HomeWell has been caring for my father for almost four years, and our family is so grateful for their wonderful care. At 95, he needs a lot of special attention, and the bonding that he has developed with his Personal Assistant is comforting for him, and us as well. He has a Care Manager that visits on a regular basis to ensure that everything is going smoothly and that all his needs are being met. The owners, Lisa and Ray Black, have been great and are very knowledgeable about senior care. They are always available to discuss any issues that may arise or concerns we may have. I started working for Home Well Oct 2014. From the first day I started, the staff was great. They were all so helpful, kind and caring. My supervisor Lindsey, was always their for me. She made sure to make me feel as if I were the only person she was helping. It always made me very important. The office staff, was willing to help in anyway that was needed.
