Nothing but a positive experience with this company. They were hired to assist my elderly father as his health was waning and they stayed on with us until he passed. My case manager, Sherry H., was top notch -- well organized and communicative. She was always accessible and quick to respond to our requests for any schedule changes. The staffers were just wonderful. They genuinely cared for my dad and always made sure he was clean and comfortable. I didnt experience any no shows from this agency and they gave me peace of mind that my dad would be well cared for. Some of our favorites were Tiffany, William, and Lorraine. I am so glad we found HCA!

Hi, I absolutely love my job! I was working in a much more stressful environment before I heard through a friend about home care. I remember after the interview I just loved the description of the job, the staff and my role I would take on. I actually cried at my lunch break during orientation I could not believe the oportunity i had been given. Working with dementia patients at times is a very challenging thing I worked at a retirement home stretching myself very very thin with giving excellent care and also becoming attached to these wonderful elderly patients. At home care assistance my care and love is not rushed simply because i have so much tome to care and get to know the resident I take care of. The staff is also very understanding and couldnt be more blessed to be where I am today. I thank my friend very often for introducing me to home care. It has made me not dread the days to come but be excited to go to work! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I cant truly tell you how grateful I really am!

This is a great company to work for. I have been working with them for about a year now. The respect that they have for the clients and the caregivers is outstanding. With this covid 19 they always making sure that we are doing what we need to be doing for the safety of all. They are giving out masks, reminding everyone the rules. If my parents were still alive and need care this is the company and staff that I would want. I hope people find this useful.

HCA has provided us with a loving and knowledgeable caregiver for my mother-in-law, who has advanced dementia and very little short term memory. Cindy not only cares for Sues physical needs, but she also spends time engaging her in conversation, making sure she takes her meds, as well as completing household chores. She takes time to check on and provide support for my father-in-law as well. We are very pleased with HCA and services they provide.

I dont know what we would have done without Home Care Assistance when my mom was diagnosed wth cancer and suddenly could not be alone. The social worker met with us right away to discuss our needs. She chose care givers who were very compatible to mom. Not only did they keep her safe at home, they were wonderful companions for her at such a difficult time in her life. I highly recommend Home Care Assistance of Cincinnati for the quality of care, the flexibility and their commitment to helping their clients.

We really love the HCA Brain health fitness coach! Moms language and conversation skills have improved as has her ability to recall short term activities. Shes gaining more confidence and really looks forward to her sessions with Katie. Of all the strategies weve tried with Mom, this is the best!

We used HCA for just under two months, as we prepared my uncle to move to memory care from independent living. While my uncle was a difficult case, and the family dynamics were tense, and often contradictory, HCA provided solid care, with caring and creativity. I recommend them highly.

My therapist is extremely patient and considerate. She doesnt act like I have a disease or that anything is wrong with me which I truly appreciate. She gives me work that makes me focus and work my brain and I never feel inadequate or frustrated. Shes extremely friendly and I feel comfortable with her and I really enjoy my therapy.

I had a long operation and was anxious to get stronger and back to my normal activities. Theresa Cook, my nurse from Home Care Assistance, helped me recuperate. I had medications to take, exercises every day, and other healing tasks. Theresa organized my care and reminded me of treatments that I had forgotten. She was always on time and didnt miss a day. My family felt I was getting the best care. She was very instrumental in promoting my health and getting me back on my feet. HCA of Cincinnati offers our family a high level of comfort in knowing my father in law, Don, is well cared for in his home. They expertly matched Don with Kara, Abby, and Olivia as his caregivers. Your kind and compassionate care eased the burden of the family in ways that cannot be described. A special thank you to Liz for meeting with us late on a Sunday evening to get services as quickly as possible, and another special thank you to Sasha as she changed up her care to efficiently meet Pats needs and her swift change in symptoms. Pats decline was very fast, but with the help of the employees from Home Care Assistance, she was able to enjoy the company of kind, compassionate, and thoughtful care as she transferred to Hospice.
