The care at Arden Courts is 2nd to none. My Mom received better care than our family could have ever hoped for. From the Director to the nursing team, to the administrators, front desk folks and aids...her care was phenomenal. Thank you to everyone at Arden Courts who made the last 16 months of her 98+ years so very special and comforting for all of us.

I have been visiting a dear friend at Arden Courts for just over 5 years. Recognizing the impact the caregivers have had on my friend is evidenced in her smiles, laughter, and the physical care she is getting. I frequently interact with the awesome professional staff who have worked so hard to keep everyone safe and healthy during all the difficult times during the Covid pandemic! I admire and respect all the caregivers, social professionals, kitchen and maintenance workers. I honestly recommend anyone looking for full time care for their loved ones suffering from forms of dementia to consider Arden Courts for their loved ones!

My wife, Cristina, was a resident at Arden Courts in Chagrin Falls, Ohio for slightly more than three years. During the entirety of her stay, she received devoted professional care and affection from the entire staff (administrators, nurses, caregivers, housekeeping, program directors, hairdressers, therapists, culinary, custodial and volunteers). She participated in and enjoyed a wide variety of social, cultural and therapeutic activities and was a member of a 16 resident community with its own lounge and dinning area in a bright, cheerful and immaculately clean facility with a beautiful garden and walkways where she and our family spent many pleasant hours. When visiting Cristina, ours as well as other families were always welcomed as members of a close community. Before Covid struck, there were excellent casual monthly Friday night dinners for families with their loved ones, often organized around a theme. Although Covid necessitated cautionary heath care regimes, every effort was made to ensure regular contact and visitations of family and friends with the residents. The hospice personnel (nurses, therapists and volunteers) who cared for Cristina as her condition worsened were outstanding in their devotion of Cristina and went out of their way to make sure that she was comfortable and as happy as could be. The entire staff at Arden Courts were a vital part of our family, providing care, compassion and comfort that none of us could have done on our own. We remain incredibly grateful to all of them.

The staff at Arden Court are a caring group. From the top down Ive seen daily examples of kindness and humor. Having been in other similar local facilities through my business of providing personal assistant services, I find Arden is consistent with their residents and encourages independence where appropriate, yet can manage well when things go awry . Covid has created more stress for us all, but Arden finds a graceful way to help us all manage it safely. Keep up the great work and Thank You to all the Arden staff!

I had the medical power of attorney for a family friend who was a retired doctor of nuclear medicine and due to a fall developed aphasia and dementia. The social worker at the hospital recommended Arden Court in Chagrin Falls and I am so very grateful she did. My friend was at Arden Court for several years and received not only excellent personal care but even more importantly she received genuine caring from the staff who treated her like family. My friend liked her glass of red wine and chips in the evening and the staff made sure she had them. The staff also helped me bring on board Hospice who provided an additional layer of support and services. Something I truely appreciated was the ongoing communication I had with multiple staff members. Always expressing their concern, keeping me apprised of any and all conditions no matter how seemingly minor. The final two things I wiould like to mention are the wonderful variety of activities and stimulation available to the residents, plus Arden Court is clean, clean, clean. As difficult as it is having a family member or friend with diminshed capacitites finding a place like Arden Court to entrust your loved ones to is a gift to all invoved.

My sisters and I were incredibly grateful for the outstanding care that was given to our father over the last 2+ years. The staff, nurses and cooks cared for him like a family member and he was checked on hourly which gave us a great deal of comfort. When COVID-19 struck, the communication to us was frequent and reassuring and we really appreciated the weekly facetime calls so that we could see and communicate with him since we were not allowed to see him in person for obvious safety reasons. I highly recommend Arden Courts of Chagrin Falls to anyone who has a loved one that needs memory care.

Chagrin Falls has exceeded all expectations. From a very dedicated Executive Director, Eliabeth Schupp, to all the very caring staff, I know my wife is receiving exceptional care. Bonnie has been there almost two years and I have never had to worry even with the Covid19 lockdown this past year. Very few facilities can meet the high levels of Arden Courts of Chagrin Falls.

I am visiting a dear friend at Arden Court who is getting excellent and caring care. The director of nursing there has found the answer to balancing the different needs of the residents with her nursing and aide staff In such a way the care is calm and balanced. This is very difficult work and burnout is a big factor. None of that is present here due to the understanding of the care which must be given. An excellent facility for people with different kinds of memory issues.

I work for a local elderlaw attorney and we are often charged with the responsibility of finding quality facilities in which our clients can live. When the client has dementia and lives on the east side, I feel that there is no better facility for me to recommend to our families than Arden Courts. The staff is personable, knowledgeable and compassionate and I have watched them take in a new resident and bring comfort and peace of mind to overwhelmed and frazzled family members. The Arden Courts philosophy really honors the personhood of the individual with dementia by not so much focusing on whats been taken away, but rather on what remains.

Thank you to all the staff of Arden Courts- Chagrin Falls! After scouring Cleveland (and its surrounding areas) for a Memory Care facility, we were fortunate and blessed to discover Arden Courts- Chagrin Falls. The challenge was finding a facility that would not just house Mom, but one that would comfort her, engage her, make her feel independent and safe, a loving environment with a friendly and caring community of compassionate people, a place she would comfortably call home. Arden Courts Has proved to be like no other facility weve experienced. Never did we think Mom would be comfortable in a locked environment. With Arden Courts unique architectural design, Mom is free to independently walk around through courtyards and gardens leaving and reentering at will. Never does she feel cloistered or overwhelmed by institution like hallways and corridors. Loud noises from the hustle and bustle of large number of residents and visitors simply does not exist. Arden Courts- Chagrin Falls is respectful, dignified. The principals and aids are trained expertly at what they do. They know and understand what residents and family are having to go through. With sincerest compassion they guided us through ( what was extremely difficult) the emotional and physical realities of the transition. Day and night we were updated and advised through the moving process. They were so right - all the worry and panic we had was unnecessary. Simply amazing. Never Thought we would get to this point. We are calm and confident Mom resides in the best possible facility of its kind. We visit often with pleasure! She is happy at long last and we are grateful for our new peace of mind. I work with people with dementia and I recently took the Virtual Dementia Tour at Arden Courts. It was very well done and very eye-opening. It is a MUST for caregivers and family members. It really helps you understand what the person is going through, and why they may exhibit the behaviors that they do. This experience will definitely make me a better caregiver!
