Our family is so please we found Atria Greece. Everyone has been welcoming, friendly and helpful to our father. They encourage him to join activities but still give him the space he needs. His room is spacious and that sold my father on Atria. It’s given me peace of mind and Atria was a great choice!

Until Atria, my family struggled to find an assisted living facility that offered the appropriate care for my grandmother who has dementia. With COVID-19, we did not feel that we would find a safe, caring, and supportive environment that could accommodate her specific needs. Once we started communicating with Atria, we quickly realized that they were a good fit. Not once have our questions gone unanswered. Not to mention, Ive been able to reach Atria personnel by phone, email, and text, whenever it is convenient for me. Adam, worked with me hand in hand to get grandmother moved from a transitional care unit to Atria, in a way that met my grandmothers personal needs and eliminated any emotional distress. The ease in which I was able to communicate with Adam throughout the entire leasing process was legitimately second to none. Similarly, ALL of the personnel that I have met, have made it a priority to understand my grandmothers dementia so that they can communicate in a way that is most effective for her. They are caring, MINDFUL, sensitive and extremely supportive to both families and residents. Scott and Jake from the maintenance team were also phenomenal to work with! A few days before grandma was transferred, they helped set up grandmas apartment by putting together furniture, hanging photos, mounting TVs, dealing with Specturm and much more! Thanks to them grandmas apartment was quickly transformed into an elegant comfortable space that feels like home for her. Since moving grandma to Atria last month, the family has been able to find peace knowing that she is safe, comfortable, and surrounded by a team of personnel who genuinely care about the health, well-being, and happiness of their residents. For my family, it was important to us that we be able to see grandma at all times, even if that meant only through a window during COVID. Adam made sure to help us find the best available apartment for grandma, where family could easily access her from her private window. We take comfort knowing that we are always welcome to visit her via the beautiful courtyard at Atria. If you are looking for the type of environment that is both safe from COVID and supportive to residents and families, Atria may be the right choice for you! Honestly, I cannot emphasize enough how incredible it has been for me to be able to find a home for grandma where I dont have to worry; mainly because I know that Adam, Scott, Jake and MANY others at Atria are only a phone call or a text message away! ❤

This Team is upbeat and compassionate. Driving down Towngate Road you can see the beautiful gardens in the front of the building, they are just gorgeous, huge flower gardens with a fountain, and a pretty bench with hanging flowers, walk in and it just gets better. My Mom has been a resident for three years and she just loves being there. Her room is real comfy with a large sliding door to go out to her garden. We grow spices and lots of flowers and our Chef uses the spice in the kitchen. Everyone has been so kind to Mom and my family, they are special friends. I cannot say enough about Atria. My husband and I moved back to Rochester from Nevada 3 years ago to help my mom as her health was not as it used to be. After realizing that she could no longer live on her own due to her health condition and increasing dementia, my search began for an assisted living home. That is when I found Atria and so glad I did. From the moment of my first meeting with the staff, I knew right away that this would be my moms new home. The staff are wonderful. They are compassionate and truly due to care about their residents which is really hard to find these days. They engage with the residents by taking them on day trips, coordinating fun daily activities, to holiday parties that included family members and much more. I knew my mom was in good hands and would be safe which was really important to me. She is always happy. Thank you Atria for taking such good care of my mom!

So my 92 year old uncle was positive he was never leaving his apartment . I took him for a visit on a Saturday. Jen and Liz were great hosts in showing us around and answering all questions. They had some live entertainment and all seemed to have a great time. A couple of days after my uncle was all packed and asked when we were moving. If you are looking for a facility this is your place.

My Mom has Alzheimers and moved in to Atria Greece about a month before the Covid-19 lock down. We are happy with the staff and the overall community. Its been difficult during Covid with all the guidelines and no in-person visitation, but Atria has been very responsible and supportive. It is a comfort to know that Mom is in a safe place with people who really care about their residents. Thank you to everyone at Atria Greece.

Atria of Greece has been so helpful with the care of our mother. Atria staff made her feel so safe and comfortable during her transition to their facility. The staff continues to provide great care and a variety of activities. The communication from the facility is top-notch and has eased our minds during the pandemic knowing about all they are doing to stay safe. We would highly recommend Atria!

My mother has been a resident at Atria for over 9 years. We have never been concerned for her well being the whole time she has been there. She has dementia, but has always been treated in a loving and respectful way. The staff goes out of their way to engage her in conversation and activities. She participates in many of the varied activities that they offer. The facility is clean and well kept. During these days of Covid, it has to be extra stressful for all the staff, but they have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe and healthy. We have been very pleased with her care!

This time of the COVID pandemic has been a test for all of us ... tests of trust, confidence, patience. Liz Richardson and the Atria staff passed all the tests with flying colors! Absolutely the most caring, kind staff at Atria Greece. The food is great, there is a wide variety of activities, and the bldg and grounds are well-maintained. We would highly recommend Atria Greece as a new home for your loved one.

My Mom spent 2 weeks of respite care at Atria Greece. Her care was excellent! All the staff knew her by name. Everyone was available to talk to for any issues & the care was tailored to her needs. The food is excelllent. My Mom kept saying repeatedly that she wanted to go home. Once she did go home she was still talking about how nice everyone was & how good the food was. I would highly recommend Atria Greece for anyone looking for respite care or assisted living!

Atria has been top notch for the past 3+ years! Irma Marciano went from 'don't unpack my bags' to Mrs. Social Butterfly. She's become a regular at Bingo, Wii, Card & all around activity player. She made a bunch of new friends and is much more social then she's been for as long as I can remember. I couldn't have chosen a better place for her to enjoy her golden years. 🙂 A+++ Michael Marciano

the best Atria Greece is Outstanding! My mom has been there for 6 months and we are so pleased with the care, services and staff. The facility is clean and the manager always trying to make things pleasing. As soon as we called staff was right there to ease our worried and help our mom!
