My mom has been at Peregrine in Colonie since February 2022. She has adjusted well. Staff at Peregrine are wonderful. Always assisting w residents with their needs. My moms care team is such a caring group of people. Angela, Samantha, Rose, and so many others take great care and pride in making sure my mom is doing well daily and throughout the night. I know at the end of the day she is well cared for and I am truly happy with all the care they provide. The entertainment, activities, and the chef's delicious meals are all excellent too. I know when my mom says she is very happy at Peregrine and that the staff is great and they take good care of me, I know she means it. Thank u Peregrine at Colonie . Judy C

Moved my mom into Peregrine today, this community is amazing!! From our first visit and tour last week to today, I cannot say enough positives. The staff, every single one, is friendly, knowledgeable, caring and loving. Very nervous and stressful to have mom transition but she loved it and because it’s so homey and loving. There’s definitely something to be said for a place that the minute your parent goes through the front door they smile. Oh and it’s been 4 hours and I’ve already been sent pictures of her participating in activities. ❤️❤️

We have been in several facilities with my mother, and Peregrine has been the easiest to work with. The place is clean, the employees are nice and helpful, and even throughout the COVID crisis they made it easy to stay in contact.

My mother was a resident in this facility for almost 2 years. The staff went out of their way to provide a safe and loving environment. The facility was always clean. Activities were provided daily, including live music, lunches and trips outside to various places. The executive director was a pleasure to work with. The staff, from the executive level, to the nurses, techs, chefs and maintenance crew went out of their way to provide a safe, stable and caring environment.

Beautiful community! Tons of natural light, great food, and very impressive activity program. At other communities Ive visited, the residents with memory issues often are located in the back of the community far away from the activity at the property and the staff. This property is different, it is 100% focused on residents with memory impairment, and the activities take place right next to the staff offices so they are much more involved in the day to day activities. I was very impressed with the community, and the kind staff.

I started working at Peregrine Senior Living at Colonie in May of 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic. One of the wonderful things about working for Peregrine is that corporate welcomes feedback, new creative ideas, and encourages employees, residents and families ways to enrich our mind, body and spirit. It is such a privilege to be a part of a passionate and dedicated team during this challenging season. I cant wait for the summer bbqs in the courtyard with our residents, families and staff all together!!!!

Not to mention, the activities we plan are to ensure that your family member lives life while in a memory care community to the fullest! Moved a family member in at the beginning of June, and everyone is happy. Shes happier than shes been in a long time, and I thank everyone there that works so hard, and stays pleasant. We are treated so well when we visit, and saying good byes are easier, because we know shes in great hands. Its bright, its cheery, and we feel at ease after some very difficult months. Great job folks!

My mom is a resident at Peregrine (since November 2017) and I am very happy with the care she is receiving here. I am there just about every day; Ive gotten to know most of the staff and management. As another review said - no place is perfect - but I have found Peregrines management to be responsive to any of my concerns and have worked with me as we navigate moms disease-health. This is a very challenging population to work with and I have found the staff to be caring and attentive.
