My loved one is in memory care. The rules for this fit the need for these folks. Every time I visit there are activities happening to keep the tenet’s busy if they so like. My loved one loves the food and there is a great verity to choose from. The new security check-in and out screen is hit or miss. I am sure it will be easier for all in time. Thanks

Cant say enough good about the administrators and staff at Mira Loma. They are very caring and go out of their way to be helpful. With covid-19 making everyones life difficult, they do their best to accommodate both residents and their families. They get our highest recommendation.

Mira Loma took care of both of my grandparents over a combined period of nearly 20 years. I have never seen people care so much for their clients. Every nurse was attentive, every front desk person either knew my name or knew who I was there to see, and every sales, finance person worked with my father from a cost standpoint as the need for their care increased. I recently spoke to Cendrene (Sales Staff) about helping a close friend of ours through the process of attending an assisted living facility, and she remembered my grandmother who peacefully passed away there nearly a decade ago. She recalled conversations with her and knew every bit of her personality. That is the type of place this is, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I stayed at Mira Loma for over two weeks for a respite stay between rehab and home. The staff were outstanding and all were team members. They really care for the residents and go out of their way to help each resident. They treat everyone with respect. They have a supervisor of house keeping who is excellent. Cecelia at the front desk is so helpful. Francis who drives the residents to doctors appointments and on outings is outstanding and should be made employee of the month at sometime. All the administration are great. All of their team members are outstanding.

We moved my Mom Faye into Prestige in April of 2018. Mom wasnt very happy with my brother and I but it was something that needed to be done. The care and love that my Mom has received since we moved her in is unbelievable. It give us just a since of security having her there. She has finally adjusted and does enjoy doing some of the activities but because of her loss of hearing she would prefer to stay in her room and color pictures of horses. Now that she is in Memory Care she even feels more secure. All staff members have been so patient with her and give her a lot of support and love. We just celebrated her 97 Birthday and she had so much fun and the staff helped out with serving and celebrating with us. She wanted everyone to have cake and enjoy her Birthday. I had checked on other places but so glad that my final decision was with Prestige. They have made a differences in all of our lives. I was employed here from 08, 2013 to 10, 2015. Absolutely loved working here. Jeff is the best maintenance director. I was his assistant during my employment and I never had a bad day. The management and staff know how to really take care of seniors.

I am a physical therapist and I work in home health. During my experience with home health, I have had many patients at this facility. The facility is very clean and beautifully decorated with lots of open space. They have an extensive activity program and have nice exercise and game rooms. Even with all of this, the thing that I was most impressed with was the care and professionalism of the staff. The staff here are truly caring and attentive. As a health care professional, I notice many things on facilities like this that others might miss, and I must say that Prestige is a fantastic place if you are considering assisted living for yourself or a family member.

It is never an easy decision to place a loved one in a facility. When the need arose for my father-in-law, Joe, to live with caregivers, we offered our home to him. He refused as he said he didnt want to be a burden and wanted to live with others more like him. After looking at several facilities, we chose Prestige and are so glad we made that choice. Joe moved in the spring of 2017. He has been well cared for by each and every professional there. There are so many activities available daily that are diverse and fun. We tease that it is like a cruise ship with all that is going on each day. We wish Joe would participate in more activities but they respect his wishes to just hang out in his apartment to watch a football game or Nascar. As Joes needs have increased, the staff has been wonderful in providing him with the additional care he needs. It feels like we are a team that together are working to provide the very best for him. Joe loves all of the staff and they treat him like hes family. They laugh and kid with him which makes him feel special. I am always amazed when I come by how many of the staff remember who I am as well. This place has truly been a blessing and we will be forever grateful for all that they have done and continue to do for Joe.

My Mom loves this place. She feels safe and at home and the people are kind a caring. The only problem is continued increase in prices. It keeps going up and may not allow us to stay.

Had my father in law here for a respite weekend and everything was wonderful. Had a medical problem with his dialysis and they arranged for transport to minor surgery. Very attentive. Great activities. Cant wait to use them again and Im sure it wont be too long before we are full time. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

My mom is spending a little time at Prestige as she gets back on her feet. And I have been completely blown away by everyone that works there. Nothing but smiles, friendly help and authentic concern for my mother. I actually asked who did the hiring (hoping to learn the secret) because its so rare to see such flawless, upbeat performance from every single team member. From maintenance and dining, to nursing and activities... this is a well-oiled machine. Check this place out for yourself... you will not be disappointed.

I write this review with a grateful heart. My Mother moved into Prestige at Mira Loma in Henderson, Nevada in early August of 2016. She was having issues living alone and needed help. As a family our first thought was her moving in with us. We looked at homes with Casitas and were very serious about it. We had a home nursing company with her during the day, which was wonderful. Still, it wasnt quite what we wanted and we were very apprehensive about her moving anywhere. We felt like we were abandoning her. We checked places in our area. All the places were wonderful in there on way. All caring places. All were different though. Little things. Those little things always mean a lot. The differences we saw in Prestige at Mira Loma really gave us peace of mind. The way the staff walked us through the process. Helped us to help her understand why she needed to be there. Then backing up all the promises with action and results. The move initially was temporary, at least thats what we explained to her. We said we would try a month just to get her meds and her diet straightened out. Her first night was a little rough. Not used to being checked on a regular basis, she called and said Why are these people coming in to my room? I told her it was just part of the service there! As time went on she LOVED the service. She loved the people coming into her room giving her meds, food and companionship. She was never alone anymore and she loved it. She always said how great the food was. How great the service was. How the staff would talk to her and make her feel so special. They did an amazing job! As time went on she became so comfortable and felt so safe. We were so blessed to have her there. Most of the time she stayed in her room. She did not want to get involved in all of the activities and events . There was always something happening there, however, all she wanted to do was to stay in her room and watch TV and Football. She loved football especially her Steelers. But the staff tried and tried. In the end when they alerted us she wasnt feeling good. We came to check on her and we took her to the hospital. Unfortunately, she passed, thankfully quickly and painlessly. She did not suffer. Like our family, the staff at Mira Loma mourned her loss. Stepping up as usual, they helped us, by offering condolences and assistance through the complicated process you go through when your loved one passes. Then doing the little things, like making sure that her room was cleaned when out of town family members came for her service and wanted to see the beautiful place that she raved about. They also helped us with her belongings and moving her items out. If you are looking for a place I would strongly recommend Prestige at Mira Loma. Compare Prestige at Mira Loma to other places, compare the facilities, amenities, staff, food, activities and the rooms. If its right for you, trust your feelings and I believe you will have the positive experience we did.
