I have been visiting this assisted living facility for almost 3 years. The staff are friendly, hardworking, and caring; including the administrators, nursing and care staff, dining, activities, housekeeping, maintenance, and the front desk staff. The facility is clean and comfortable and the residents are encouraged to be as independent as they can. This facility feels like family!

When we entered the front desk workers were very nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I especially enjoyed that the residents seemed to be very comfortable.

Staff were nice it’s the first time working with the residents as an hospice aid . Pleasant atmosphere. !

Terrible service. No wonder they change their name from Autrium to Spring Hills. Couldn’t even confirm with doctors my fathers meds- continue giving the ones ER gave them regardless of many request by the family. Impossible to talk to a doctor who shows up there fro 30 minutes a week. Really??

Will update if the place ever calls back. But so far, no response to 2 inquires made for info. What is it with Assisted Living places that do no respond to new inquiries. How much worse! will the lack of communication be once a family member is on the inside? neglect? This industry is rather sickening as a whole. Lack on communication. Pathetic 1990 era websites with zero data points. No wonder elderly people want to stay at home or starve themselves to death. Elder care is horrible.

absolutely no activities. have to eat all meals in room. no one has had their hair cut or washed in 14 months.
