We recently chose Arbor Terrace Norwood for my mother. In the process of making our decision we spent a lot of time with Chris Winnie, the Community Sales Director at Arbor Terrace. Chris was fantastic on all levels: he was well informed on all topics, very transparent, and very communicative at every stage of the decision making process. There were never any surprises because he made sure we knew what to expect all the way through. Further, after we decided on Arbor Terrace he went above and beyond to ensure my Mom's transition into the community was a smooth one. He's still checking on her even six months after she joined the AT community! Chris is a consummate professional and very empathetic. Atria has been the best thing for my mom! She LOVES being social and being around people all day! When she lived on her own, she wasnt able to drive and get out so she only saw people on the weekends. Now its every day and it has enriched her life tremendously! Staff all know her name and Laura gets a special shout out for always going above and beyond!!

Atria, Norwood, is outstanding! The staff is different from many places, they CARE!. The building is immaculate and well furnished. My Mom has been living there for over a year now and we have no complaints. Her room is beautiful and she loves the food. The Wellness staff keep residents meds perfect. Charlene, Meg, Ismaly and Laura are the best! Thank you all for taking such good care of a very special Lady.
