Its a nice building very quiet. The residents are kind and old but its a living community for the elderly. The apartments are decent sizes but the rent is a bit on the higher side for low income individuals. Pets are allowed but with a monthly fee! They often have small gathering for free breakfast on weekends every other month. Over all not a bad location since the mall is across the parking lot but there are tons of activities to do when your in town. Managment could be a bit more on the kinder side and be more understanding to its residents needs but thats about all I can say, its a good place to live!
