This facility has a staff that provides great care for their residents. The activity director Krytal is an exceptional asset to the facility. She cares and provides special attention individually to each resident. She provides a fun environment for everyone keeping all the residents engaged and active adding different activities that you won't see in other facilities..The heritage of clara barton is such a lovely place as soon as you walk in. The staff is very welcoming and kind. The place is very clean. Definitely a place to have your loved one call home.

My sister n I toured on 2/4/23 this from others in nj are very hands on. Always active with things to do constantly thru out each day 7days a week . Staff very calm and helpful and friendly we know this is the place for my sister.

Dropped by for a tour, first impressions mean a lot to me and my family as it's a reflection of the pride they take in their company. We felt comfortable and confident that our care needs will be met. The staff not only showed concern for my mom but compassion for the emotions attached. The first thing I have to say is management and staff works above and beyond EVERY DAY! My parents reside in Independent Living and love the apartment, it has everything they need and want! During the time of COVID-19 my husband and I truly appreciated how it was handled. The site was locked down very early to ensure safety of the residents, because of this, there was less than one hand of people effected. This reflects how serious they were to provide protection. My husband and I felt my parents were at the SAFEST place they could be. The management made sure all the needs of the residents were met. This site should be a model for all similar sites. I encourage all to visit The Heritage of Clara Barton and feel confident it is the perfect place for all in need.

The Assisted-Independent Facility Heritage of Clara Barton Genesis Health Care is beyond any question a very efficiently and caring facility. Jyll B and her assistant Christine have been in front of any issues that could be a problem if not addressed well ahead of time. The staff is very friendly and helpful and willing to take on any duties that normally arent part of their responsibilities. Every effort is made to accommodate any programs to help residents cope with this pandemic. Safety is of primary concern and everything possible is done to keep everyone safe! The nursing staff is very caring and do their very best to meet all the medical needs of residents. I have been a resident for 5 years and have nothing but praise for everyone.

My Mom is currently living at the Heritage at Clara Barton. During these very stressful times we are all experiencing , the one thing I don’t have to worry about is my Mom’s safety. Jyll, Christine and the entire staff are an amazing team. Their #1 priority is keeping the residents safe. Lines of communication are always open between staff and families . They are the best.

My grandmother has lived at Heritage for the better part of two years and has enjoyed and been cared for every minute. The environment and staff are wonderful and attentive, the residents are kind and inclusive, and the facilities are kept clean and beautiful. During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the staff has done a top-notch job of keeping everyone safe, taking every necessary precaution and going above and beyond to keep residents safe. When so many New Jersey long-term care facilities struggled to contain the virus, Heritage was on top of safety and did an amazing job keeping residents safe and family members informed about everything going on inside. They even went out of their way to connect us with our loved ones via Facetime. I cannot speak highly enough of this facility, which has become a home for grandma that she loves dearly.

Our experience with Clara Barton has been a good one. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the caregivers are friendly and caring. I do think their office staff could be a bit better organized, however. During the move-in process we had trouble getting some details sorted out, and it wasn't always easy getting in touch with the right people. But overall it's a nice place!
