Our family could not be happier with the staff and services at Rite at Home. The aides are prompt, kind and compassionate. Whenever an aide needs a day off the office gets a replacement as soon as possible or they move his hours to another day so he doesn’t lose any of his time. If anyone is in a position to need home care I couldnt recommend them more. Efficiently they fulfilled my hospice request within a half a day. This took away my worries when so much is going on . Thanks to them for running a smooth operation!

I never put much thought into home care assistance until my mom became ill this summer at her vacation home. I live two hours away from her and work full time, so I was at a loss as to what to do until she recovered. I didnt have to look any further than this amazing group of people. Bob Scott is a master at what he does, and every single detail is coordinated expertly from matching the caregiver to the client, coordinating in-home checks with their certified nursing assistant, etc. All my worries went away. My mom is still being cared for by Ruth, her amazing aide, until she returns home in October. Ruth has been there at every turn, as mom had to return to the hospital three times during this ordeal. She took care of everything, from running errands such as food shopping, prescription pick-ups, and driving her to doctor visits, to helping her in home with personal care, exercising, food prep and hospital visits daily when she had to be re-admitted. I cannot say enough about the level of care and responsibility this company provides. They are extremely flexible, honest and trustworthy. If I could give them more stars, I certainly would. I am grateful for the peace of mind I had this summer. Look no further if you have a loved one who needs this type of service. You will be impressed, as I was. Thank you Home Care Assistance!

The office staff and owner were responsive and worked to get coverage whenever we had an issue with an aide not being available. The aides were kind and attentive, although very few of them drove which was one of our requirements.

We were referred to Home Care Assistance Jersey Shore by a hospital at discharge. We have been thoroughly impressed with the company - Bob, the director, takes a very personalized and professional approach. He genuinely cares and wants to make sure you find a caregiver that meets your needs. We needed care right away and Bob made himself available for a quick consultation as well as follow up calls, email and texts. He matched us with a great caregiver, Bella! After a really bad experience with another agency I called HCA on the recommendation of A Place for Mom. I took my mom to the Brick office this week. We were warmly greeted the moment we walked in the door and Bob won my heart when he said he wouldnt hire anyone he wouldnt leave his own parents with. He and Tracy actually called the aide they had in mind for my mom and she was there to meet with us too. Two days later, she moved in (yesterday!!) and we LOVE her. THANK YOU for the warm, loving care mom needs!!
