Both my parents have lived at Bedford Falls. My dad was physically disabled but mentally sharp and my mom has Alzheimer's. Bedford Falls has gotten our family through some tough times. Especially Covid where my dad ultimately died. These times were totally unprecedented and I have to say Bedford Falls navigated through all the issues quite incredibly. I would,and have, recommended them on numerous occasions to my patients and their families. Kudos to the staff!

I love coming to visit my Uncle here. Often he is quite busy at an activity when I arrive, but can often be found writing letters or reading one of the many books he chooses each week. He says he doesn't exercise much, but I witnessed a lively game with a beach ball and pool noodles that looked like recreation to me! Keep up the great work!

Our mom had a very positive experience during her residence at Bedford Falls. The team, from the Executive Director to the newest aide, was always kind, proactive and at the ready to help our mom in any way, as her condition was complex. The application and onboarding processes were very transparent to remove stress. We can strongly recommend Bedford Falls to any family looking for a thoughtful assisted living community with people who care a lot about their residents.

My mother has been a resident at Bedford Falls since opening day in 2012. Leaving your home and former life is difficult, and the staff worked very hard to acclimate my mother, and make her feel at ease. She has received the best care available over the years, and owes her life many times over, to caretakers who recognized she needed to go to the hospital. To this day, she is engaged, safe, happy, and has come to recognize the staff as family. What's more, I can see how much the staff cares about my mother. Bedford Falls is run with compassion, care, and endless humanity. In addition, the interior and exterior of the building are absolutely gorgeous and maintained to the highest standard. When I walk in there, the staff knows me, and they know who my mother is. I would not want her to live anywhere else. She considers Bedford Falls her home, not assisted living.

Bedford Falls is definitely a Five Star facility. My mother was one of their 1st residents and the attention to detail and the care is way above the rest. The care, the food, the events and activities are all exceptional. In my mind there is no better place for you loved ones than Bedford Falls

I was looking at options for Respite Assisted Living for my father as he was recently diagnosed with cancer and we were unable to secure in home care to supplement his hospice services. Ashley, the Community Relations Director was very helpful in explaining my options and care cost. She quickly arranged a tour and then an evaluation to help dad get into her community fast. Although, we didnt move in as dad got accepted into community hospice program, I would highly recommend this community. When I toured, I saw residents in the common areas socializing and an activity going on in the recreation room. Staff were very friendly. Rob, the Executive Director reached out to me several times after the tour to make sure my questions were answered.

Best care, and kind, thoughtful staff. My grandmother moved in to Bedford Falls in March 2017. Sadly, we lost her to Alzheimers Disease in December 2020. Rob and the entire staff were so friendly, kind, and took great care of my grandmother. They went above and beyond. The facility was always clean, and my grandmother was always looking her best. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Our family did a thorough search for the right assisted living facility for our mother. Bedford Falls came highly recommended. They have absolutely lived up to their reputation. Robert Memmolo and his staff are incredibly professional and knowledgable. More importantly they have demonstrated compassion and great care in looking after our mothers needs. Bedford Falls is immaculate and the food is great. Special thanks to Donna Kolenski in the dining hall for her attention to detail and kindness during this past Thanksgiving. The entire staff is very courteous and responsive whenever we call or visit. Kudos to Rob, Ann, Cherize, Dan and the rest of the staff for making a first rate home for our mother at Bedford Falls.

My Mom Norma Greenberg has been at Bedford Falls for several years now.I have been very encouraged and impressed with the wonderful staff and great facilities there. I specifically wish to thank everyone who helped to make Mom(and our family)s Thanksgiving very memorable! I was greatly touched with all that went into the beautiful fare that day, and how graciously Donna, the manager of the restaurant, oversaw everything. Mom has been in Memory Care(Harbor). Donna reserved a lovely table for our family in the Bistro, which was very inspiring, and a nice change of scenery! I could tell that Mom was really enjoying herself! Also, I want to thank all the sweet aides in Harbor for all their help(everyday)- but especially Thanksgiving Day. Isis totally helped Mom to keep inspired and dress lovely for the occasion( as well as during my entire visit there). And Isis was very supportive in regard to making sure Mom got the rest as well as the encouragement she needed during my visit there.So all in all I am totally pleased with my visits and Moms experience at Bedford Falls.

Looking for an assisted living or memory care facility for your loved one(s), then look no further than Bedford Falls in Bedford, NH. My wife and I invested a significant amount of time researching and vetting facilities within 30 miles of our home for my Dad, who we needed to move from Florida to NH. We had some complexities in our situation (but then again, who doesnt in cases like this) Of all the places we visited, Bedford Falls stood out in every category. Not only did the facility stand out in terms of cleanliness, amenities and design, but the staff really got our attention. Everyone we encountered during the three tours were welcoming and genuinely friendly. We interviewed several folks our age who had parents at Bedford Falls and all gave glowing reviews. The parent company routinely gets high marks from employees as a great place to work, and this was important to us, as the positive company experience translates directly to great resident care. The high level of care offered by Bedford Falls is what sealed the deal. They are staffed by need, not by headcount. My Dad has now been a resident at Bedford Falls for 3 months and we are extremely pleased. I am continuously blown away with the support we receive from Rob and his staff. My Dads situation is complex and fluid, and Rob has successfully adjusted on the fly to meet all our needs. Most importantly, my Dad is happy at Bedford Falls. He is a 30 year veteran of the nursing home industry who has very high standard for senior care (translated: he is VERY picky) . He loves the staff and enjoys the food (this is critical!) We are incredibly grateful to Rob and the amazing staff at Bedford Falls who have helped make this difficult situation as smooth and as supportive as possible. They always go above and beyond what I would normally expect. I am very comfortable knowing that my Dad is in the best place receiving the best care possible given his circumstances. We cannot recommend Bedford Falls strongly enough!

Bedford Falls is an amazing place. Great, clean well maintained facilities and many activities for the people living there. But what makes Bedford Falls great is the incredibly caring staff. They took care of both of my parents until they passed recently. They were kind and thoughtful to such a degree that I have never seen in any other hospital, nursing home or assisted living facility. They went above and beyond the call providing loving support especially near the end of my parents death. For example, one nurse went in to say hi to my father just to let him know that she was there. She said to me, I promised to take care of him at the end just like I took care of his wife...and I intend to keep my promise. Wonderful staff from the nurses, to the kitchen, to the people cleaning the rooms to the front desk. I cant recommend them enough!

I have had the pleasure to work at Bedford falls for 5 years. It is a beautiful,warm caring community with loving residents. You will not find a more special home for your loved one! We are all family !!! Lots of Fun, great food, and very caring staff that goes over and above each day! 5 plus stars.
