MaryLou moved in the November before the pandemic. Before that, she was home alone getting meals on wheels and watching TV all day. Even with the pandemic, she has come alive again. She has her own apartment, with her own stuff that tells her story. She was just existing before. Now she is thriving. She has friends to talk to and dine with. She has activities that she can choose to attend or not. If she just wants to sit and read in her room, she has that choice as well. I never dreamed that moving her here would make such a difference for her, but its been amazing how much she enjoys life again. Even with her memory fading, she has developed routines that with the help of the daily planner they give out to each resident every morning with the menu of the day and all the activities they can take part in she can look at that and keep track of where she needs to be and when. She is very comfortable and happy with all the staff as well. She is always telling us they always have a smile and take time to just stop and chat a minute. They have a hairdresser that comes every week and a library full of every book you can imagine. There are areas for family gatherings. The patios out front and back give Roxbury a very comfortable at home feeling. She loves living here, and we are so happy to have found this amazing small community of such loving and caring staff."Thank you" all for giving us peace of mind knowing our loved one is in a safe and loving environment.

My mom moved into Waterford a few months ago. I have nothing but good things to say about the facility, and especially the staff. Nicole showed us her apartment and even referred a reasonable moving company to help move her. She was the best!! Maureen the activities director has fun activities for the residents, and reminds my mom to attend them as she is forgetful. My mom just loves Maureen!! Jennifer is always willing to help and does it with a smile. Everyone of the staff that assists in my mom’s care has been good not only to my mom, but our family too. They really care. Thank you Todd for leading such a great staff! I was looking for a place for mom to live that would allow her to live with some independence and keep her dignity. I never worry about the care she is getting. She is definitely in a safe place with people that care about her well being. I’m grateful she has become part of the Waterford family. I have nothing but great things to say.

Mom loves the attention she receives when she has health episodes. Roxbury contacted hospice care when things got really rough. Thankfully she survived. The activities are adjusted so that she can take part even though she had macular degeneration. Very caring staff! Would highly recommend.

My mom has been a resident at the Waterford for two years now. It’s such a relief knowing she is safe and well cared for. She has her own spacious apartment with plenty of room for all her things. The staff is so caring and helpful. My mom speaks highly of everyone there - they have become her second family. She has made so many new friends amongst the residents and staff. And every time I have reached out to them for help they have been excellent. I’m so glad I chose the Waterford for my mom. Definitely check this place out.

The residents here are awesome. Most of the staff are too. Like everyplace we also have a couple of stinkers but for the most part the staff is wonderful. They have lots of fun activities so you can stay active. Our bus driver, Paula, is absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a good place to go this has to be one that you will enjoy.

There are many things that make this community special! The staff are excellent! They are very caring, concerned and helpful. The food is terrific with a wide variety and the ability to have food special ordered. They have accommodations for family dining, and we can invite our friends in from outside the community to come have dinner with us! The Community is clean and cleaned on a daily basis! The Residents here are good people who are very genuine, nice and sociable! There are daily planned activities that are great! Also, local and national talent that come in to perform for us!They provide excellent transportation for doctors’ appointments, and at least every other week we have the opportunity to get transported to the store and pick up personal items!-Bob S., Resident-

I loved this place for my mom...she liked living there till she passed away ..the team was great..they always had time for any of us..if we had a concern they addressed it immediately. Her room was always clean. .they had so many activities going on and i was able to sit in on any of them..

Jordan, The Review you left about the Waterford at Roxbury Park left me puzzled? I have worked for the community for 6 years and have never had the opportunity to meet you or your mother. We have been a part of Capital Senior Living for 8 years (and I love working for them). I would love the opportunity to meet you and your mother to see if we could help you with her care. If you did bring her to our community I think you would give us a different review.
