This place is a joke they hired me and worked me for 3 wks and then called me in the office in the middle of shift and told me that I didn't put I had something on my background on application and that I lied and they fired me and told me I couldn't come back on the property or I couldn't contact her employee's or anything. They are always under staff and rules always change.

Yes. They take really good care of the residents. My Dad wanted to be in Thomasville, NC and decided on Spring Arbor.

Thanks for taking care of my mom. I wish I could take her home with me for the rest of her life. I would get to see her every day, cause I work different shifts at Thomasville Hospital. I love my mom to the moon and back.
