I have visited Brookdale in Smithfield many times, and I must say I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, friendliness and the overall treatment of the patients. This facility has been around for many years and continues to uphold Exceptional resident care. It is a nice and clean facility and it is noticeable that the staff are passionate about what they do! This is one facility that during Covid has followed every policy and procedure to keep the residents safe! There has not been one found case and this is impressive. I would definitely recommend this facility to others!

My mother, Grace Jones, stayed at Brookdale a little over 3 years. We had a very positive experience there. Management and staff were very professional and courteous. The staff who spent time with my mom, treated her with love and compassion. I will forever remember the relationships we had with all of the caretakers. We will miss all of you, but once this virus is over, I plan to visit you all again. Thank you again for your love, support, kindness, and caring. You will never be forgotten!

I highly recommend Brookdale Smithfield. My aunt has been a resident there for the past two years and she has thrived since becoming a part of what I call the Brookdale family. You are definitely treated as family there. The staff is completely amazing. The Executive Director is always available and is seen on most every visit there even if its just to say hello. When we first inquired the sales manager made us feel as if wed known her for years and she answered all questions with the knowledge we needed to make a decision. Oh, did I mention the food is that of a wonderful restaurant you just want to keep visiting? We were blessed to find this place. Kudos to Brookdale.

Brookdale Smithfield was clean. They did some painting, put in a new carpet, and the staff was really nice. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest, but there were a lot of trees and bushes up around, so it was pretty nice. The residents were doing some crafts, cooking, and gardening, just various things.

Brookdale Smithfield was fine. Everything was great. We had a nice tour and saw different rooms, different parts of the facility, and even a piano player providing entertainment.
