The staff was attentive to my Mother's needs and my needs. They provided what was needed and she had a beautiful room. Mom was only able to go to the dining room once, since her condition was worse than I thought upon arrival. I guess you always hope for hope, but the staff and my Mom's cardiologist suggested Hospice. The staff at Sunrise was so helpful along the way for the care of my Mother. I recommend this place to anyone looking for assisted living, they treated you with respect and dignity. The parking is bad between 1:00 and 2:00 since that is the change of shift, but they do have in the works to provide more parking spots.

My client seems happy here. The staff is good Kevin and Devontae are excellent. The residents seemed well kept and looked good. The premises is well secured so the residents are kept safe. The rooms and common areas are clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend this facility.

We recently moved my mother to Sunrise of Raleigh and couldn’t be more pleased and thankful! Moving your loved one to assisted living is emotionally difficult. The minute we pulled into the parking lot we felt at peace. The lobby was inviting and had a feeling of home. Absolutely ALL the staff have been professional, kind, patient and attentive to my mother and myself. The facility doesn’t have an institutional feeling which was important to me as my mother makes this next transition in her beautiful life. Important to remember nothing in life is perfect but this place definitely is supportive and professional. They will help guide you and your love one through this journey. Strongly recommend Sunrise of Raleigh!

Great place, service, and location. The staff is very caring to their residents. Unfortunately my father was only there for a short time and did not fully enjoy their amenities before he passed away.

My uncle just moved in to Sunrise Crabtree last week. He had some previously scheduled Dr appointments on days that were not the standard days for transportation. Will arranged transportation for him and made it so easy to work with for these appointments. Michelle helped us change to use Doctors Making Housecalls. It has been an easy transition.

This facility has all the bells and whistles. However, the cost for 2 people, one in memory care and the other in assisted living is quite high. There is no flexibility, if either of your parents is independent. I might consider this for one parent, but would have to compare other places since cost is high and unfortunately my parents lifetime savings would not last long.

Putting aside that we know people who have either worked here or lived here we toured this community and we were very impressed with it. Mom is doing quite well since moving here. She is starting to do some of the activities but she is enjoying the residents more. The food is passable not great but not horrible. The staff is very nice and friendly very accommodating. It helps when you have insiders view to a community to determine if it will be a good fit or not.

This facility was nice. However, we did not choose this facility because they did not offer a deal as good as the facility we chose. The rooms in the facility are also semi private, and we preferred to give my mother a private room.

I would give the staff a high mark, they are helping my father out with his move. He has been there for a little over a month now. There are a variety of activities available for when he is ready to join, and the food appears to be very good. The facility is clean and it has been a good experience so far.
