I was so thankful that a room was available at Brookdale Union Park when my Dad needed care beyond what we were able to provide at home. Becky Ashburner, a nurse there, sang him a beautiful hymn and won his heart the very first day. She also shared her gift of singing at his funeral in August. She sang him into Brookdale and then into his heavenly home. So many of the staff loved on him during his time there, and we are grateful for each of them.

The care that my Dad received there was great. He was not thrilled about going in until he met Becky Ashburner, one of the nurses there. Her personality was what changed his mind about staying there. The last couple of weeks he was there the caring compassion of all of the staff really came out-

I have been very pleased with the care my family member has received at Union Park. The facility is very neat and clean and the staff is always pleasant and willing to assist. They plan wonderful activities for the residents and family members, too. I especially appreciate Becky who has always gone the extra mile to get answers for me. Union Park is an excellent assisted living facility.

My Mom, Becky Ashburner is one of the nurses at Union Park. My grandmother was a resident there and felt so at home. Whenever we visit the staff and residents are so sweet and kind to my little girl. We also love Nicole.

We LOVE Brookdale Union Park. Its a breath of fresh air from the facility we experienced in Concord. Becky Ashburner makes it feel like home for my Aunt and for me when I visit. Everyone on staff goes above and beyond!!

We could not be happier with Brookdale Union Park. The location is awesome, near the hospital and many good primary care providers are nearby. My 84 year old mother has been here over a year and is very happy and content. Ingrid, Meshell and Nicole are always available and immediately work out any problems we have ever had. Fun activities and speakers are included in daily activities. We looked at many assisted living places in Union county and some were a lot newer and updated, but didn't compare to the closeness and "homelike" feeling we got when we first walked in the door. 5 stars to Brookdale Union Park!!!!

My brother and I moved my dad in about a month ago. We have not been anything but happy! The staff is absolutely wonderful. Felt like we were part of the family from the first minute we stepped into the place. My dad really loves the food and gets to request something else to eat if he wants. This is not one of the places that tells you they do one thing and then that doesnt happen. We felt like some places were all about the selling of the facility and of course cautious thinking this one would be the same way. 100%wrong. We wanted the best for my dad and searched and toured places. Believe me I spent many hours researching. Brookdale Union Park is the best. My mom has lived here a little over a year. It's such a welcoming environment. Everyone is friendly and has a homelike presence. The food is wonderful! I would highly recommend this community to anyone who wants reassurance know their loved one is care for. Thanks Brookdale and all the staff!

We looked at several places for my mom and by far the best in Union County. The staff is excellent and truly loves the residents. It feels so "homey" compared to all the other places we visited and the administrative staff is so approachable. We are very impressed with all the activities that go on at the facility. My mom is still adjusting but has nothing but great things to say about how she is treated everyday. The location is also a plus with its close proximity to doctor's offices and hospital. A big shout out to Brookdale Union Park and thank you for all you do for our mom! Highly recommend this Assisted Living!

I have been very impressed with the environment, staff, and residents of Brookdale! My grandmother has been there a few months now, and after we worked out a few kinks, it seems she is enjoying living there very much! She has more opportunity to connect with her peers, and have company then when we were trying to help her stay in the home. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone who is looking for a positive, supported living solution for their loved one!

I would give them at 10** My husband has been shown in and out hospital and rehabilitation for over two years. Ingram and Mark have been wonderful to us. They were able to help us and get my husband into Brookdale Union Park in less than 24 hrs. They managed to make the transition and paper process so smooth and stress less. I would highly recommend Brookdale Union Park to any and everyone.

Their staff care about their residents, their residents are happy and everyone over there really tries to do the best job possible. Union Park is tremendous.

My brother and I needed a place for our mom and we tried one facility. That was not a good match for her and we never felt comfortable there. My brother found UPark and it has been wonderful.
