After 30 years working in Broward County , FL ,I have Provided transports all around the world for seniors. This facility is caring and loving and their teamwork is just amazing. Kathhleen was the first point of contact and stood by every word she said and literally held the hand of my new family members. They excepted my client From Fort Lauderdale Florida and followed every CDC guideline during Covid. Jennifer, all I can say is that she is a Huge asset as a administrator ,this woman was superb from the first phone call and the team that she has at this property is phenomenal. Between her clinical team and even the therapeutic program director everybody was involved with this admission from beginning to end. Kudos to Brookdale at Weddington Park in Matthews North Carolina.

My parents needed to move to Assisted Living and chose Brookdale Weddington Park. I live out of town and wasnt happy with my parents choosing a place not in my town, but the staff at Brookdale has gone out of their way to make my parents feel at home. My parents feel loved by most of the staff and are happy to be there. Im happy they are safe when I cant be close by.

My mom moved into Brookdale Weddington Park in September. The staff have been outstanding. We visited several facilities beforehand and the fact so much of the staff have been there for a long time speaks volumes. That can make or break a place and they do a great job.

The staff at Brookdale Weddington Park sincerely care about the residents and always respond promptly to questions or the need for assistance. Every single employee goes out of their way to speak, to ask about my Mother and most of all to make her comfortable every single day. I visit almost daily and I always look forward to seeing and hearing the many happy residents and staff at Brookdale. The management staff is always available to answer questions and they have helped reassure me many times when I have needed support.

Brookdale Weddington Park is such a happy and fun place to live because the residents are engaging and fun and the staff treats everyone with respect and gets to know the residents personally. The atmosphere and care at Weddington Park has restored my Mothers health and spirits.

My 98 year old grandmother has been here for 5 years now. She enjoys getting to know both the residents and the staff. We are very happy that she is able to live in a facility where the workers care enough to stop and speak to her and me each time I come to visit.

My Aunt resided at Brookdale Carriage Club for a year. When it was time for her to move to assisted living, I visited many facilities both in the Brookdale network and also those owned by other companies. After several visits to Brookdale Weddington I decided this was the place where my Aunt needed to live. I was impressed with the input from the staff. I also observed the residents interacting with staff and each other. She has been here 7 months. The staff and management have all been helpful and responsive to my requests. Everyone has a bright, happy attitude. This is my Aunts home and she is being cared for with dignity and respect. The activities staff has been great about encouraging her to participate in activities and actually coming to her room to remind her. The facility is kept clean and orderly. I am happy with my decision - I can rest easily knowing that the professional staff is monitoring her and meeting her needs.

Brookdale Weddington Park has been WONDERFUL for my parents who have been residents there for almost 8 months. Jennifer Tucker and her administrative staff couldn't be any nicer or more helpful! Every time I walk through the doors I am welcomed with a smile - and it didn't take long for them to know my name! The nursing staff is fabulous too and it's obvious they care about Mom & Dad 🙂 A couple weeks ago my mom had to go to the emergency room for a UTI and I rode in the ambulance cab. The EMT asked what I thought about Brookdale Weddington Park, to which I replied, "It's been great for my parents." He said he had been to LOTS of facilities and this one is by far one of the best. I agree!!

First, thank you to all the staff at Weddington Park for their excellent care of my dad during his final months. I can not recommend this facility enough. I know a lot of people look for all the bells and whistles, but when it comes to the care of your parents, the people serving them each day should be the number concern. The staff at Weddington Park (and I mean from the top to the bottom) served from their heart. It is evident in the care given to my dad and others I saw while there. Thank you for walking beside me in ensuring my dad transition was as painless as possible
