My mother recently moved to Brookdale Hickory Northeast and I could not be more pleased. I looked a number of assisted living facilities, but kept coming back to Brookdale NE. The facility had the most welcoming and "home" feeling of any I reviewed. Dan Swan and his entire staff were very helpful in influencing my decision. Just a wonderful team of professionals. Since my mother moved in, everyone has been extremely helpful and attentive to her needs. I would highly recommend Brookdale Hickory NE if you're looking for a safe and secure home for your loved ones.

I have been very pleased with Brookdale Hickory NE as a place for my mother to live. The staff cares about the residents and the there are a good variety of activities for people to choose from. The front porch with its rockers and the back patio with sitting areas are nice places that makes it feel homier. I also like the size, it's not so big that people don't know who you are. Mom has often remarked to me about how she felt safe during covid and that they were doing their best to keep everyone as safe as possible and continue to do so. I was and am very apprecative of all their efforts.

If you are searching for quality healthcare in a friendly and caring place, we found it in Brookdale NE Senior Living, the staff is exceptional, always willing to assist and go “the extra mile” with care for Mom. Clean facility, lots of activities well planned and good food. Truly a family atmosphere.

My mother has only been in a short time … it was a very quick placement and the staff could not have been kinder, more efficient, or more knowledgeable. I will be able to review more as time goes on. But this I know. On day 3 my mom said she was cold. On day 4 she has an external heater installed in her room. They took what she said seriously and responded quickly. For this I am grateful.

In this time of COVID 19 they are protecting our mom with great care! It is March and Ive not seen flu either! Good job and on a regular basis they are kind compassionate folks!! My mother in law has been there over a year at an advanced age and continues to thrive!
