Interior improvements are being done at this facility and the hallways are very dark. It appears to me with so many residents with mobility issues that this is a trip hazard and a liability issue. The issue was reported, but nothing has changed.

We originally chose Carmel Place b/c of the 3 meals a day and activities for seniors. We loved the fact that they offer transportation service. We learned how great the staff was to my mother and helped her from time to time. They were great at communication if something needed to be addressed. Complete professionals! Special thank you to Carol and Elizabeth… We were also able to utilize the services that they offered like Bayada Healthcare (PT/OT) and worked with Tender Care (Martha Moore) on a number of her needs. They are a perfect location and service provider for someone like my mother who has lived independently her whole adult life and needed to be at a place where she had more security and helped her with her needs. I would recommend Carmel Place to my own family and friends.

Staff really cares about the residents and takes the time to get to know each and everyone of them. Compassionate and caring... hard to find these days! My mother in law loves living there and we know she is in a great place!

This is a community for the elderly and when I say the staff here is very professional theyre very kind and they treat these elderly residence like their family from the lady at the front desk to the lady that delivers the meals are hands-down give this facility a triple Plus

My parents have been there for 2 months and they love their new home at Carmel Place! Genuine caring staff and new friends are a wonderful blessing to my parents. They also enjoy and appreciate the nutritious meals and desserts. Their health and overall well-being has improved since moving to Carmel Place.

My parents live at Carmel Place and they are happy and safe living there. The staff is very helpful and residents are welcoming of newcomers.

So far everyone is really nice . The people living there seem to enjoy their life and have smiles and are moving and doing stuff ,,one lady was playing a piano and was good .. the workers there really care and go way out of there way to help.. there a pool table on the 3th floor that is played on .. last I was impress how nice everyone was ..

Its a very nice place as far as facilities and apartments but the food is not good. The management has recently completely changed and they say they are working on the meals. I hope so since it is why I choose one of the units without a full kitchen. I will repost when the food improves and increase my star rating.

Our church, Living Saviour Lutheran, holds weekly services there on Sunday. The residents there are great, and the staff seems very committed to helping them. Facility is very clean and comfortable.
