I work at many nursing/rehab centers including this one I work on phones & install cabling The staff at this location are so nice! Because the staff is pleasant......the residents that live there act very happy. Of all the places that I work,,,,,,,these people are the best!

My mother spent the last 3 months of her life at redwood. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They gave my mother great care and were so kind and good to her. I highly recommend this facility.

Redwood of Raymore did a great job taking care of my mother. My mother told me she was happy with Redwood of Raymore. The staff was kind and always looking out for her. When she needed something like a good cup of coffee she got it. She felt very safe while there. My mother passed away at Redwood today July-30-2021 in her sleep. On the behalf of the family i say thank you for taking great care of our mother all of you did a great job you made her last days good . God Bliss you all all of you are role models for others to follow.

I was only there for a short time, the room my family member is in was clean, but was concerned about how often the bedding is changed, as my sister is incontinent, her bedding gets soiled, as it was that day. I read some of the reviews, some of them were on the negative side. The staff members I have met were personable and informative. I am not in favor of having to make an appointment to see her, but I understand the situation with Covid.

With all the hard times going on in this world, Redwood of Raymore made looking for a safe and comforting Cardiac Rehab center for my mother and easy choice. Right now, visiting facilities could be dangerous for us all, so the virtual tour was comforting, informative and very upscale. I was able to call their staff with question and they answered all of them, they answered some questions I didnt even know to ask. Its hard handing your mother over to strangers, but with the comfort level this place left in my heart, they made it an easy choice for me.

The charge nurse who cared for my mother was very good. She was able to pinpoint a minute decline and sent her a right out to the hospital. Hospital staff indicated her prompt response and critical thinking skills gave my mother the best outcome.

Redwood rehab center does not keep the place as clean as it should be. the food is not as good as they claim it tobe The patients aren't kept clean the whole place is just gone downhill they don't give pain meds when the patients ask for them when they're do it's just not this place has gone down hill & it needs to be reinvestigated by the feds.

I appreciate the work that the staff at Redwood of Raymore did for my dad. He was there for several months, and without a doubt the ladies there cared for him, and took care of him until his final days. I very much appreciate the caring and compassion that they provided to my dad. He certainly was not the easiest person to help, but they found a way, and they helped him through these difficult times. I am forever grateful to all that cared for him at Redwood of Raymore.

I have had both shoulders replaced, three knees and been in four different homes for rehab and this one so far Is the best in my opinion. Have another two weeks to go.

My mom is at Rehab of Raymore and I couldn't be happier! What was supposed to be a short-term respite visit turned into a great place for Mom to stay. The staff is very caring and kind. They are able to help her with showers and her medications. She really enjoys the activities and has made new friends.
