I love it here. I appreciate that there are places like this, for older and disabled persons. I am happy to say, I have no bug problem, thanks to the exterminator and my application of boric acid based products. The TROOST Maxx, is minutes away. There are ice cream socials, bingo, and donuts and coffee, in most months. I am so thankful that I am 62, and that I didn't go homeless, again. Thanks to the Management here that worked hard too get me in. The staff is nice to tolerate my mentally ill outbursts! In the whole, I am counting my blessings. Thank You

The management here is very rude and often send threatening and menacing letters to all the residents. It is not unusual to get an eviction notice for simple issues that could be otherwise resolves. THere are no actvivities even before covid and no security. Drugs are a major problem as well as management seems to be selecctive and favor the criminals it seems.

Ive been living here at Plaza Apartments for 7 years and my experience here has been pleasant. Yes several years ago there was a slight prob lem with little critters but management pinpointed where the problem was coming from and it has been under control since. Now the building smoke free and the smokers have a designated area. The only reason Im moving is to be closer to my Church thats CHURCH OF GOD 5501 BLUE RIDGE CUT OFF. Other than that my stay here has been very pleasant. I give Plaza Apartments two thumbs .
