If the negative people think it's soo bad for them, I suggest go looking at a place in DeSoto!! It's disgusting!! I've never been in such a horrible place!! Nobody gets taken care of there that's for sure!!!! Crystal oaks has caring staff that do care!! Proud to be a team member..

For the last few weeks Ive been working with the admissions team at Crystal Oaks in preparation for my fathers eventual move to assisted living. Since I live in Alabama, I havent been able to come by and meet with them in person. They have been most helpful, thoughtful and informative over the phoneI drove up and today I took my father in for a meet and greet. The admissions team (Cindi and Michelle) were absolutely wonderful! My father (who has been very opposed to the idea of leaving his home) was overwhelmed by their warmth and hospitality. They gave us a full tour of both the assisted living and skilled nursing care. It is a well kept facility with an upbeat atmosphere.We met Daniel, supervisor of care, in the assisted living wing along the way. Daniel is great guy and the kind of person you would want looking after a loved one. We felt the same about all the staff members we met.One of the nurses who also served in the Armed Services came up and thanked him for his service. Dad was with the Air Force during the Korean War.These people really care and it shows!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. From the CEO to the social worker to the nursing staff to the cafeteria staff. The nurses are just amazing and kind. My mom is getting care like I think these folks would give their own mom. Everything is clean and comfortable.

Our Mother was brought to Crystal Oaks in Oct 2018, very ill & not expected to be with us much longer..... soon she will celebrate her 91st birthday.... and will have been at your facility two years this fall. We cannot thank & praise Crystal Oaks enough for their loving kindness shown to our Mother. As she has commented, Its not how I wanted to spend the rest of my life, but they are good to me & I know they love me. Certainly our feelings, as well. Thank You staff & heroes of Crystal Oaks .... My grandfather was there in the rehab they are excellent as well as the skilled side all the nurses are knowledgeable and professional and all the aides are nice and attend to the patients needs quickly I recommend crystal oaks fully

We looked at many facilities before deciding on Crystal Oaks and were very glad we chose this Assisted Living Facility for our Mom. They have some of the most caring staff and did an amazing job making Mom comfortable, treating her with dignity and respect. Everyone always had a smile, greeted us when we visited and made Mom feel like she belonged. A special thank you to several very special people; Bud, Jeremiah, Belinda, Shea, Abby and many others. The nurses at Crystal Oaks take great care of my mom. My dad spends most of the day with Mom about 4 days a week and the nurses treat him just as well. My parents just celebrated their 67th Wedding Anniversary with a party at Crystal Oaks with some of the residents. The ladies who work in the activities department came in to help set up, serve and clean up. They even thought to decorate a head table for them. Mom enjoys getting her nails done and participating in the activities planned for the residents. The staff are good about convincing her to do things when she thinks its too much trouble. The facility is clean and provides a pleasant atmosphere. highly recommend this facility and staff!
